Decided to get a quote for two…
Decided to get a quote for two radiators in a small apartment, appointment made quickly but no indication that the survey would take 3 hours!! After one hour 20mins and a lot of unnecessary sales speak, I still didn't have a clue about cost. After pointing out we had an appointment elsewhere..... still more waffling!!. Eventually after a heated discussion we were told it would cost £5400 for two rads!!!! Totally overpriced. Obviously the price reflects in the chauffeur driven salesman. Needless to say we declined and were late for our appointment due to the convoluted sales pitch. Be warned.

The radiators are lovely & hopefully…
The radiators are lovely & hopefully will work well, typical that it’s now warmer weather & no heating required!
The salesman was good & explained everything well. The lads that fitted the radiators were so polite & very good at their jobs, a credit to the company.
Two reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars. They are very expensive & I hope that they deliver affordable heating when next Winter comes. The other reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I was pestered by Fischer Heating with loads of phone calls prior to me deciding to buy, might have changed my mind if I had known that Premier is affiliated to Fischer. Just a thought for management, give people breathing space to decide if they want a quote & salesman to visit, let them phone you and don’t ring them every hour in the first days after receiving a brochure. In my opinion you’ll still get the jobs as the slate radiators are so good looking.

I couldn’t fault the electricians who came and fitted our radiators. They were polite, courteous and tidy. As the weather is quite warm at the moment, I can’t comment on the radiators.

Premier radiators installation and use
The heaters were fitted quickly and seem to work efficiently maintaining the set temperature. The controls are very easy to use to raise or lower the temperature in different rooms. The rooms are warm and comfortable.

it was 5 stars for sales and fitting…and still is, but not the rest.
It was 5 stars for sales and fitting but not for but not for the performance or ability to correctly set the product up, even though the guidance for how to set up was better, but too complicated.
The fact is that because of lack of practical performance knowledge in the technical department, I still don't have the radiator working as needed to do the job.
I was about to return to ask for more help. The radiator slab does not retain the heat after switch off as was indicated when setting it.
I would be grateful for another call from the Tech. Dept.

Timely and quick installation
Timely and quick installation, following a comprehensive briefing by the sales representative. Surprised that the radiator was smaller than expected, and significantly smaller than the storage heater it replaces.
Effective in operation, though the control window needs local artificial light to see clearly.

Great radiators that heat up the room very quickly. Have had one or two instances when one of them hasn't turned on when pressing the power button. Other than that, they have been fine and would recommend.

Heat up very quickly. The bedroom heaters are easy to programme but the lounge one seems to be a lot more complicated. Very tidy and polite workmen. Would definitely recommend.
