STAY AWAY from this bad company, they took my house keys!
Unacceptable experience. The heating engineer took my house keys after coming round for a survey! I felt very uncomfortable by this and decided to change the locks. He admitted taking them the next day and posted them back, they didn’t arrive until 5 days later, but IMO it’s an odd thing to accidently take so I called to make a complaint.
I then have the heating engineer call me to complain at me for complaining! I then receive another call from his friend also complaining and being quite hostile about my complaint.
I can’t believe the experience I’ve had with this company. I requested if the company would refund me for the change of locks, but they have refused, saying the keys may have fallen into his bag by accident.... the man admitted taking them but after he found out I complained his manner changed and even accused me of putting my own house keys in his bag!
STAY AWAY from this joke of a company. I’ve had a very upsetting experience dealing with them and want to warn other people about this terrible company.

Good service with everything explained by the salesman. Excellent installation, fitted quickly and set timer.
Such a shame only 4 stars given instead of 5 because when I went to pay by credit card the person at the other end of the phone repeatedly typed the wrong numbers until the administrator entered them. Unfortunately by that time the bank must have decided this was either a fraudulent payment request or excessive attempts so was declined. Payment was then paid by cheque, no problem.

Rep took our house keys -- no apology
EDIT: Premier Radiators is seeking to block this review, even as they acknowledge the events took place (in writing) and continue refuse us any compensation or apology.
My fiance asked Premier radiators to send over a representative. He spent hours in the apartment, then left and took my partner's only set of house keys with him.
My partner called him, he admitted he had them and agreed to post them back. She changed the locks to be on the safe side. She informed Premier radiators of what had happened.
After informing them, she recieved a phone call from the rep in question, pressuring her into withdrawing her complaint. She refused.
When that failed, she got a second call from a colleague of his also trying to pressure her.
Bear in mind, she doesn't have the keys to her own house at this point so can't even leave.
After explaining all this to premier radiators, they confirm all these events took place, but refuse to pay compensation or even offer an apology.
Beware. If you are a woman or in any way vulnerable, you are dealing with a company that endorses this kind of behavior.
UPDATE: the apology below is the first we've had. Simple question: why request for a review to be blocked, then apologize when your request is denied? Surely if it deserves an apology, you shouldn't have tried to block it.
Of course, the apology doesn't address the two pressurizing phonecalls made to a young woman alone in her apartment, who didn't have possession of her keys and couldn't leave, from the person who had taken said keys.
Premier Radiators, little customer service tip: if one of your reps takes keys out of a young woman's apartment, and she complains about it, don't let them call the young woman directly -- or have his colleages make additional calls -- pressurizing her to withdraw them. The wrongdoing was with your rep and you should have reprimanded him. Otherwise, what are you apologizing for?
In summary, the service from Premier Radiators is great -- if you want to find yourself starring in the opening scenes of a horror movie.

Honesty
Interested in these as we are looking at replacing storage heaters and these could be useful. However, I never trust a company who will not publish their prices, nor allow me to download a brochure without providing my full details including home address and phone number. Why do they need this just for me to look at a brochure, and why be afraid of publishing their prices.
Reminds me of the old double glazing days, or certain bathroom and furniture companies.

I am very pleased with the radiators.
I am very pleased with the elegant, slimline radiators. They took a little longer than I was expecting, having to come from Spain, but they are well worth the wait. They are a wee bit on the expensive side, but only once to fit.

From the first demo through to the installation everything was first class. The demonstrator knew the product and answered all of our questions. The installers were quick, but timely. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were happy.

The men came on time fitted two radiaters explained about them they left no mess and did a fantastic job The radiators were expensive but they were worth the price. I would recomend them to any one who is looking for radiaters.

We had a new radiator fitted in a flat that we own. The salesman was very pleasant and made sure we understood everything about the product before purchasing it. The fitter was also excellent although we couldn't have the new one fitted where the old one had been but this wasn't the fault of the fitter or premier radiators. It seems to be a well made product. Our only concern is how efficient it will be but only time will tell hopefully it will be as good as the salesman said it would be.

Spent £3500 on the radiators last year…
Spent £3500 on the radiators last year . One is broken after using just 15 months, they need 22 days to send someone to fix it !
I have a baby at home, the customer service didn’t do any help , they don’t think about any solution of it.
Everything is BAD, please DON’T buy.

Terrible customer service
I Order the radiators to replace the old night storage heaters in my new flat. The company came to fit them and with in two days the main room 1 had stop working. I called their customer service team on many occasions at first all I got was is it turn on! Well yeah why would it be turn off! Long story short it took them well over a month to get me a new one and it’s only coz I kept on and on. As it was the start off winter I had to go out and buy a oil filled radiator otherwise I’d of froze. So I ask to be compensated for that which I though was fair as their products are not cheap but they won’t. Terrible Customer service. Good product if working! Jon

Electricians response to incorrect wirering inof radiators
Thank you for your response, I had an electrician out today who checked and found that your installers wired the radiators to the old night storage system which is why I switched because I do not require heating overnight or during the day. So this was your fault. Thank you I will have the information you require tomorrow as the electrician is sorting the problems out tomorrow I will write everything he says down and contact you with his response.
The independent electrician came and fixed the radiators which had been wired by your fitters to the of off peak system not the 24hr supply as requested on my paperwork..Thats why they didn't work

Like Fischer Heaters, this Company does not take into account what the customer actually WANTS or NEEDS. I don’t have any central heating because of my health. However, as I’m getting older I want to choose what heating and electrical output I want in a room so I maintain optimum health. I don’t want to be pressured into buying heaters I won’t use. Premier Radiators will only sell you what they want you to have. This is such a shame, as I’d taken a long time to research the market, and their product seemed to fit the bill. Having previously worked for an Electricity Board, I sought information from ex-colleagues about my requirements. So I thought I’d covered everything before approaching Premier Radiators. This is where I then hit a stumbling block - they don’t seem to want customers unless it’s on their terms and they do not compromise. Not impressed with their marketing at all.
