The Premier Radiator was installed with meticulous care by a very courteous two man team. They arrived on time and forewarned me of their arrival. The radiator has worked very well and made a huge difference to the comfort of my bathroom in the winter months.
The radiator is easy to adjust so that one has the right temperature maintained . If one needs advice I found the Technical Support Team very helpful . I am very pleased I purchased a Premier Radiator for my bathroom. Christopher Brown

Rather disappointed
An otherwise efficient radiator that is marred by a very complicated digital control which would try the patience of a geek. Took me ages to set up for each day of the week then I lost all the settings when it got switched off at the socket. I now have it set manually.

I have had my radiators from Premier for just over a year
I have had my radiators from Premier for just over a year and they have been brilliant over the bitter cold winter months, I was able to use my conservatory everyday as it was kept warm and the icing on the cake is that I have not seen a huge increase in my electricity bills which is a huge bonus. Premier are easy to contact and gain advice from and I now have each of my room radiators programmed individually. I was advised not to have a radiator put in the bathroom as the room was not big enough and that if I left the bedroom and bathroom doors open the radiators would also warm the bathroom , I was wary of this but it works and all through the bitter winter my bathroom stayed warm . I can highly recommend Premier Radiators and their after installation care is second to none.

Good looking radiators, for the price they ought to be. Bit confused as to why the controllers are not in English nor any other common language to my knowledge. PR need to explain better to customers with storage heaters that they switch the fuse box to the standard metre.
Great heaters though, heat the rooms fast , and switch off when elected temp is reached.

Very pleased with our radiators.
The controls were complicated at first but when I contacted Premier Radiators they were very patient and talked me through it. We are very pleased with the 2 fixed radiators and also the portable. We haven’t lit our wood burner very much since we had them installed. Very pleased !!!,,

The sales rep presented the product very well. The delivery and fitting was done on time, professionally and with the minimum of disruption.
The product itself has met expectations, easy to control, flexible for all conditions and... very important, they look very good.
Only complaint I have is that there was no automatic acknowledgement of final payment or any official receipt.
