We are generally happy with the radiators.
We are very pleased with the radiators NOW, but not before several issues with one of the radiators was remedied.
There were cosmetic defects affecting the 'stone' panel on one of the radiators (we had purchased two radiators). This dealt with after a few weeks, but unfortunately the replacement panel was also suffering from cosmetic defects. A second replacement panel was fitted a few weeks later, and this panel was fine.
During the very cold spell this winter, about a month after the replacement panel was fitted, this radiator suddenly stopped working. This was checked on site by your installation team, unfortunately after a wait of 4 or 5 weeks! The defect found was a loose wiring connection, which was quickly repaired. The radiator has been working correctly since this repair.
An offer of some compensation for the difficulties experienced would have been welcome, particularly due to the very cold weather we were experiencing.
Without these issues I would have rated this product between 4 and 5 stars.

The radiator we bought is super.
The radiator we bought is indeed super, fitted quickly and efficiently, and it works well. but I can't help feeling that the price off best part of £1,000. was far too much/

Not easy
I find the radiators difficult to set and I have ongoing trouble with one that shows 'open' after an hour's use and needs to be switched off and later restarted.
I have not had much help from the Customer Services. t
The technicians seem to find my lack of technical know-how trying!

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. They installed the heater in december 2017 and it has stopped working today 23/03/2018. I called the company at 8:30am and the person said they technical team will get in touch to sort out the issue. I took a day off so that i could be on the phone with them. No call till 2:00pm i called them, after keeping me on hold for 10mins they put me through to the tech team and the person says the tech incharge is ill so she will call the manufacturer and discuss with them and come back to me before 5:30pm. This was a whole lie she never called and the office closes at 5:00pm so how can she commit to call me at 5:00pm. Now i have to be without heating in my bedroom for the whole weekend and they dont even have the curiosity to inform and update me regarding situation. When they did our survey MR Michael promised a good customer service however it all turns out to be fake.

Not as efficient as expected
Not as efficient as expected. 2kw radiator in the living room struggles to keep the room warm in the cold weather. Would need to run it constantly on with high temp to achieve wanted results.
For the money paid I was expecting something better.

Excellent Value
We have only had radiator installed for just over a month but are well satisfied with its performance to date. It warms our quite large lounge to the requested temperature in a short space of time.

Expensive but beautiful
Expensive but beautiful. Lovely constant heat and economical to run. I would have liked a bit more consultation as to the positioning when fitted, but otherwise very happy.

Not as straightforward as I expected.
A simple task I thought for replacing the existing two electric wall radiators and bathroom towel rail with three Premier Radiators.
Fitters arrived as scheduled but problems ensued because of wall structure and were unable to place in identical position as old radiators in living room and bedroom. In fact latter suggested a totally different position as only suitable fixing point too high and too close to wall mounted TV - at this point I was beginning to regret having bothered.
However through perseverance they managed to overcome the problems and radiators fitted where wanted (but leaving holes in test places which they did fill though evidence still apparent).
Then unable to set up the App as was showing registered to a previous user so had to ask me to refer to the office - which was shut as getting on for 7pm by now.
App problem was resolved next day and fortunately spoke to individual in the office who had used my system for his own training and thus had been registered to him. However I would have much preferred it to have been explained thoroughly by the installers whilst they were there as don't believe I have properly understood how all the features are used (pity not able to link into Alexa).
Anyway radiators now serving their purpose and I have much more control than the previous mechanical timer and temperature controlled ones and they are probably more efficient.

Good radiators but terrible control system
Excellent installation engineers, good radiators but the control system is ridiculously user unfriendly. To set up a weekly programme is long winded
complicated and the manual doesn’t really help. It doesn’t tell you how to do the simplest adjustment

I had my radiators fitted last May so …
I had my radiators fitted last May so took time before I needed them. They are very efficient, house always warm. Only issue is that they have a function to switch off if a door or window is left open. This seems very easily activated and it took a long time before I was advised how to disable it. But OK now.

Satisfied customer
Had my heaters fitted in septemer2016.
They appear to be working ok, and once room is warmed up it does appear to keep constant temperature.
Would have liked a two year checkup by you engineers.
