Bought 2 radiators in 2019. One for the kitchen, which still works but was placed too close to the door so, it keeps switching off, and the other was placed in the living room. The only space I had, w... See more

Very poor fitting and extremely bad …
Very poor fitting and extremely bad workmanship. All the radiators were put in the wrong positions and the wiring was really untidy. They drilled through beams badly and in the wrong place and instead of moving a socket they took the wiring around it. They put the panels back behind the radiators so badly that it caused the radiators to stick out. I would not recommend Premier radiators to anyone.

Not as good as our old system.
We regret changing our old storage heaters to what we were led to believe a much better form of heating. We used to have a lovely warm home. It is now often cold and nigh on impossible to programme the individual heaters. We are so disappointed and are over five and a half thousand pound out of pocket for a inadequate system.

Had 3 heaters fitted cost over £3100 …
Had 3 heaters fitted cost over £3100 after the fitters left needed to reset my solar monitoring device in the main electrical panel when I moved the sender device all the electricity in the house went off the main electric cable from the box they fitted was loose and came out phoned the company up came out the next day not an acceptable response, it got fixed only to find out a few days later the heater in the lounge was coming away from the wall phoned again a week later it was fixed unacceptable again. These heater are very expensive look good and do the job hard to program yourself could do with easier instructions or a DVD so to sum up heaters good service and after service crap.

Some improvements needed to expensive units.
Installation and service good. Units are very attractive except for smaller half size ones that show large area of bare metal from the side view. From installation on a projecting wall all that is seen is bare metal sides. The "open" facility turned my rads off and it was suggested I turn this facility off! After just a few months use I am not yet convinced of its money saving... it seems comparable with other forms of heating, yet the purchase price is very high. Bathroom unit attractive but only turns on when set to over 23 degrees, so bathroom is often unheated when warmth in there is needed. Disappointed. Running costs might be comparable with gas CH and dual tariff, but I doubt cheaper

Having had no heating over the autumn …
Having had no heating over the autumn and getting them fitted late, any heating system would be better than what we had. Now waiting for the electric bill to see how efficient they are.
The fitters were speedy and took away old storage heaters. Unfortunately I've had to refit two brackets to secure the radiators to the wall.
Expensive but the jury is out.
Once I've had time to to get used to them, the settings an dthe timings I may improve my assessment but then again it may get worse.

Feel disappointed in the controls
Feel disappointed in the controls . Position is awkward and very difficult to set. Have ended up using as manual.
The actual position of my radiators could have been better. They are expensive for what they are...sorry but feel a tad let down with purchase

The radiators work very well and with …
The radiators work very well and with the stone finish look are different and quirky. I think they look great.
I have an issue with the administration.
On the advice of my salesman I ordered the radiators with a stand as I was not sure where they would finally be located and this would give me flexibility. On the first visit to deliver the radiators the stands weren't loaded.
A month later they were delivered with stands , but the radiators were virtually touching the carpet, and the fitters pointed out that the bottom of the radiators get hot and the company advice is to mount them 250mm from the floor. After some deliberations and phone calls to the factory where there was no one to advise on the situation I agreed to wall mount the radiators.
Conclusion. Good product. Lousy advice and office management.

Not impressed at all with this company
Not impressed at all with this company, my 80 year mum called to ask for a free survey which this company advertises and was asked for her post code, she was advised they could not do that and where did she get the catalogue? It was obtained when she requested it through their own website. She was advised that they can give her prices over the phone, which she declined as she needed someone to tell her a bit more about the radiators and what size etc she needed.
I told her if that's the way they treat their potential customers just to hang up phone, and get a company that can fulfill what they advertise!!

I am warm and cozy
I am warm and cozy at last! Enjoyed meeting your representative who made buying a happy time. My only comment is the office staff do not read notes made on the invoice by the selling representative! This caused me a great deal of stress so office staff, whom are very polite, please upgrade your standards so they are comparable with your Mr Freeman! I cannot comment on the cost of heating my home yet till another 6months.

21st century solution to replace old style night storage heaters
I chose Premier radiators for a flat I rent out after researching a 21st century solution to replace old night storage heaters. The whole process from engineer visit to installation was excellent, particularly as I had a date in mind for installation that they were able to match. The installers were great, arriving on time, disposing of the old heaters, sorting out any electrics and setting up the radiators in a couple of hours with no mess. The controls are simplicity itself and the radiators heat up very quickly so ideal for occupants with variable schedules, as available on demand. Once I had decorated around them, which was simple as they come off the wall very easily (they are smaller than the previous old fashioned radiators) they looked great and I have a very happy tenant.

Not easy to programme
I am finding it difficult to set programme and not sure about it being a storage radiator

Had a radiator installed as additional …
Had a radiator installed as additional source of heat in our conservatory. Was a bit dubious that it would do the job but at the end of the day decided to risk it in spite of cost. Have to say that now we have used it for a few weeks it does exactly what we bought it for so we have now a warm and comfortable conservatory even in very cold weather.
Admin-wise up to installation everything was fine and it was even delivered sooner than we were expecting. The lads who did the job were very good-3 came to install 1 radiator but I guess that was down to their workloads. Two things concerned 1) that they were rushing everything as they had another job to go to to the extent that the team leader (?) completed the questionnaire and I just signed in agreement so I felt a little pressured to go with his answers and 2) one of the fitters programmed the timer to my requirements and whilst I watched him do this programming there was no way that I would have been able to understand this operation in such a short space of time.
The timer on this thing is a nightmare to understand-why they can't devise something simpler is beyond me. I was offered a remote control when the sales guy came round doing his sales bit but at £135 (I think that was the figure he quoted) it was a non-starter. To get round this I bypassed the timer and installed a Hive plug (£35) which does everything that the timer on the radiator should have done with the exception of the temperature which I control manually, so now I have the option to operate this from my phone and ipad etc etc.
Finally and only a small point I would have thought that a product which is very expensive would have justified a follow up call from the company to see how we were going on with it. If they had done this I could have explained the problems with the timer and I probably wouldn't have felt the need to write this review as it is......

What happened to customer care!!
Not impressed with customer services at all. We were due to have our radiators fitted on an a.m call. 12 o clock came and went. I phoned to see what was happening and was told they were stuck in traffic. 2pm came & went. Another call to be told they had gone to the wrong job. 4pm, 6pm eventually 7pm the electricians arrived. They fitted the wrong colour in the lounge and plugged it in to an extension lead instead of putting in a fused spur, the bathroom radiator was crooked & they also chipped the top of the doorframe which I have been told by Floella that is my problem not theirs.Contrary to what it says in 2.7 of Terms & Conditions. The correct radiator has been replaced in the lounge and the bathroom one re sited. The radiators work well but I would not recommend the company as they don't take any responsibility for anything going wrong.

Not off to a good start
Not off to a good start! Having just moved to a new property with no heating, and husband due to have surgery at the end of the month, we set out to find an alternative to gas central heating. Something a bit innovative and stylish. Found the product, placed the order, paid the deposit to the salesman. Just chased delivery, telephone number on paperwork does not exist. Tracked down another number and they know nothing of our order! Now have to wait until end of November. Thus far not impressed!

Premiere Radiators review
The radiators and remote smartphone app are great and keep the property at temp very efficiently ... wish I'd had access to them years ago.
No survey facilities offered in central Scotland was also poor. It was necessary to send a plan of property with sizes of rooms etc.
A few delaying glitches in the order process was disappointing but got there eventually.

All went smoothly from initial contact through to fitting, just one minor hiccup in bathroom through lack of prior consultation but rectified when mentioned. Not yet used the heaters fully as only fitted in April therefore effectiveness not completely tested over winter months.

Radiators looking very smart
Installation was connected quickly and efficiently. Very tidy.
Radiators look so smart, much better than the old storage heaters that took up more space and ugly looking. These fit in a treat, will recommend to anyone.
