I wanted to change from streaming only without re-subscribing. Having asked for my viewing card number Kiara had me on Sky in no time and was friendly whilst doing so.

I wanted to change from the online subscription to the Sky Q one. I emailed them outside of their working hours so wasn't expecting a reply until the next day, but within minutes Chris had replied and sorted it out for me. Excellent customer service! Thank you Chris.

The product seems to be offered as a streaming service online, through web browser, an app would be great. They have a great selection of rugby options. I signed up for the Six Nations and only wanted that. They require 30 days cancellation notice which is excessive, unusual and different from DAZN and TSN. However, I asked for an exception and they made one so I appreciate the customer service in that regard. If this is the future of watching rugby in Canada then that's okay but I would prefer an app and a more flexible sign-up/sign-off option.

I made a mistake when subscribing and could not watch on my tv as I wanted to, I emailed premier sports they asked me to send my viewing card number, and they fixed it all from their end. It was sorted quickly and respectfully.

When you buy a month to watch a specific event they charge you for two months even when you cancel the day after you buy. This is a massive rip off.
