I had trouble accessing Premier Sports…

I had trouble accessing Premier Sports on Sky box, contacted Customer Support (e-mail) - responded within 24 hours to ask for more info & then resolved issue within a further 24 hours; thanks Schofield & team

Premier Service in Every Way!

I cannot remember the last time I rang a Customer Services number, was put through so quickly, and had a live voice at the other end who was incredibly helpful and dealt with my request for help so well. This was a great experience and my thanks to Eva for being so courteous and so helpful.

A bit shaky service

I signed up to use PremierSports via Sky. I followed the instructions 100%. Still didn't work. It set something else up instead

Ripped off by Premier Sports Channel

I took, as I thought, advantage of free trial on 16th Jan after several unsuccessful attempts I couldn't gain access to despite advising PS. On 20th Jan I requested cancellation of it siting the unavailability.
However I later saw on my bank statement they had taken money out my account, I contacted them to reiterate that I had cancelled & requested a refund! Further money was taken on both 17th Feb & March. I contacted them on the latter date & several times during following days, wherein they said I hadn't confirmed my cancellation which required a £5 fee to do so, I couldn't cancel ?? I had entered a binding 12 month contract which I couldn't be cancel, I argued, again, that I had a trial period but couldn't access the channels which led to my initial request. Again they said I couldn't cancel, however as a goodwill gesture they would "Waive" the cancellation fee if I confirmed to them that I wished to do so??
Out of interest I researched them on this platform & everything I had encountered is contradicted, also I'm not the only one "Scammed" by them? I STILL cannot & have been unable to access PS, & despite them being aware of this, they refuse my request/s!
I have since, instructed my bank to refuse any requests from them for money & advised PS accordingly!
I suggest they are in blatant contradiction of their sales claims I researched, not withstanding consumers rights both legally & morally!

Excellent customer service

I wanted to change from streaming only without re-subscribing. Having asked for my viewing card number Kiara had me on Sky in no time and was friendly whilst doing so.

Great customer service

I wanted to change from the online subscription to the Sky Q one. I emailed them outside of their working hours so wasn't expecting a reply until the next day, but within minutes Chris had replied and sorted it out for me. Excellent customer service! Thank you Chris.
