Payment Issue. Sent a request on the online chat where my card had not collected payment and was resolved within a few minutes of me sending the message. Dealt with Steve who assured me payment has been processed and it was as simple as that. Really good service

This is the worst sports app
This is the worst sports app. Go and look at TNT Sports … watch live or watch from start…. Pause (so I can go to the toilet) rewind if I’ve missed something. All these make for a good experience. This app which I pay for has none of these unless you wait hours or even longer for an uploaded replay of any match … it’s a dinosaur in the modern streaming world. DISGRACEFUL.

I’m massively unclear about why anyone could give this anything other than 1 star. The app is terrible. On iPad, iPhone and Samsung TV it is slow, glitchy and unless you watch something live you can’t catch up, can’t scroll back and the watch live option and watch fro the start do exactly the same thing. A total waste of money. Avoid.

In trying to revive my Premier Sports account this afternoon a few things went wrong. However, after an email to its support staff, Steve very quickly resolved the problems and all is working well, First class service from Steve

Signed up to pay as you go premier sports, only to be told that this is the annual plan and isn’t a true pay as you go scheme. Will be cancelling after the years subscription as it never truly works and the streaming is awful.

Being a newcomer to Premier Sport but…
Being a newcomer to Premier Sport but only interested in the European Rugby I wanted to know about subscibing the most efficent way as the season only operates from December to May, Curtis in Customer Support was very helpful and courteous and explained everything in detail. I can certainly recommend this service to others.

Premier Sports’ Excellent Customer Service
I had to move from using a Humax recorder box to a BT box, only to discover that I could not view Premier Sports, for which I had a 12 month subscription to December 2026. I only have this subscription for rugby but am prepared to pay a fee which encompasses so many sports for which I gave no interest.
I contacted Premier Sports and initially I was told I could not cancel, but it was suggested I used the cast mode from my iPhone App. However, that was a disaster, as both the sound and picture were so distorted I could not watch.
After a couple of emails, during which I discussed my only option was to subscribe at a higher rate through Amazon Prime which I could access, they allowed me to cancel my subscription early with a £20 cancellation fee. Thankfully my resourceful approach enabled me to change my access to Premier Sports. They listened to reason and accepted I really did want to continue access on my TV. I think the problem is with BT snd hopefully tgey will sort this out soon!
Premier Sports proved very approachable and considerate. Their staff were very prompt in replying to emails to resolve my problem.
They gave me a five star personal service and all sorted and agreed within a few hours - very unusual in this day and age.
