I had a service issue which was resolved very quickly - having read other reviews complimenting Premier with problems which were sorted efficiently and personally I can endorse those reviews!

I accidentally signed up for an annual rather than a monthly account.
I got in touch with them, initially via an online chat and then via email.
The problem was very quickly and satisfactorily by Steve who was helpful and constructive throughout.

I thought I was paying £12.99 for a month’s subscription only to find out I apparently signed up for a full year! This was not clear when I was signing up and I feel I was completely misled. I would never have signed up for a full year as I find Premier Sports pretty poor with connection always pausing and buffering!

The support service to my request about my subscription was first rate. A very efficient service has resolved the issue and all is working as it should be.

Had a technical problem reinstating my Premier Sports account on Sky. Once I worked out how to make contact with Steve and Curtis this was very quickly resolved and the communication was excellent. Thank you to both!

I signed up for 1 month to watch the rugby 6 nations & despite immediately cancelling the subscription I was charged twice more. I could just about understand getting charged for the second month given the cancellation policy, but when I checked after the second charge the website indicated that the subscription would end after the second charge period and yet I still received another charge.

It took an inquiry to customer services to finally get the subscription, but no offer of a refund for the excess charge was offered. Disappointing, as the underlying service wasn't bad.

The sports streaming service is great to access certain sports (e.g. rugby) that are do not always get the international coverage they deserve. After some technical issues with the subscription payment element the Custoer Service agent (Scofield) went above and beyond to make me a very happy customer who will be resubscribing when the 6N season starts again.

I’ve been really disappointed with my experience using Premier Sports. I subscribed specifically to watch the Real Madrid and Barcelona matches, but on several occasions, those games weren’t even shown live on their channel. Also, the stream constantly breaks during the game, despite me having a strong, stable Wi-Fi connection. Overall, the service just doesn’t live up to the expectations.

I signed up for a one-month subscription for the Six Nations. I carried over to a second month to conclude watching the tournament.

I ensured that I was within the 30-day window before I was to be charged a third month. My final charge date was listed as April 5th. I was charged an additional monthly payment to run through until May 5th and my account said my final payment date would be on June 5th, which means ONE MORE additional charge - FOUR charges for a two-month subscription

Premier Sports conducts its subscription policy in a deceitful and fraudulent manner. I reported the May charge to my bank and have filed a fraud complaint, and I am happy to say that my bank has taken my claim seriously and will be vigorously going after Premier Sports.

STAY AWAY from Premier Sports. This is an unethical company only concerned with extracting the most money it can from subscribers.

I was having problems connecting to my TV and their customer support was outstanding. Very quick to respond to me and fixed the problem straight away. Eva on the end of the phone was really helpful.

Called me back very promptly. Waited on the call to check that the TV was working and showing the Premier Sports channel. Great interaction.

I went through the signing up process without a problem but try as i might could not get the app to appear. Tried customer services without success so ended up phoning. Emma very helpful and after some playing around at her end gave me two chans it would now appear on and it works perfectly but still nil on my apps. I am using sky q and their sports package. What a poor experience. Fortunately I have only signed for the flexible deal as after euro rugby cups are over I will no longer need it - thank goodness

I appreciated the opportunity to watch the Six Nations Rugby, which was not available on other sports streaming services. However, I was not pleased with the requirement to give 30 days' notice to cancel, which forced me to pay for a service I no longer wanted. To my knowledge, no other streaming service has this requirement.

A reply to a streaming issue was sorted out extremely quickly by Scofield despite it being a bank holiday. Excellent.

I have an annual subscription to Premiers Sport, primarily to watch the Top 14 rugby competition. The commentary is of a poor standard which analysis that is at best pedestrian. Regarding viewing, the 10 mins highlights generally work. However full match viewing is often just not there. Or you see and standby screen with sound from discussions between technicians or background staff. Latest example is Toulouse Bristol game. Full game doing exactly as above. Zero stars… I will not be renewing…
