I had a great experience with Premier Sports thanks to Steve from the team. I accidentally subscribed to the wrong feature, but Steve sorted it out quickly and efficiently with no hassle at all. Really appreciated how fast and helpful he was—excellent customer service!

I had a problem and query logging on and changing payment details. Premier got back to me very quickly and we were able to sort out both issues. Was impressed.

My request was dealt with by Steve. He was instantly helpful and informative. He explained the difficultly I was having was rectify-able and did so immediately. I was delighted to be looked after so speedily and efficiently.
And now I can enjoy watching my games on Premier.

Yet again subscribers to Premier Sports on SKY TV are been let down by the incompetence od Premier.
I was looking forward to the NASCAR race from Kansas advertised for 19th April but it was omitted last minute and replaced by other sports! I've been in touch with them and been told that there wasn't enough room for it. I wasn't told this could happen when i paid my subscription.To add insult to injury they said i could stream, I told them I wanted nothing to do with streaming as I have a subscription to watch on Sky and said if they have a space problem thy should open another channel.
I am seething. The sooner another company takes NASCAR the better.

Very poor company to deal with. Contact is all online - no phone service. Poor streaming and the odd crash. Cannot recommend.

Very poor service
Used for watching rugby. Replayed matches constantly pixelated. Customer service virtually impossible to contact. If you finally get in contact with customer service they are useless. Billing problems they charge you 30 days cancelation from you next bill !!! So I am paying for 48 days I don't want !!! Constant viewing problems.

I made a mistake and created a double subscription to Premier Sports. I contacted them and Schofield kindly helped rectify the situation in a friendly and professional manner.

Absolutely awful commentary options, I don’t know do they do there own camera work, but every time I watch football they focus on the bench when the match is ongoing, not worth it

The platform worked very well and the ability to subscribe for a limited time (eg a couple of months) to watch key tournaments is a strong plus. It should be noted that while cancellation can be done within the account, the exact notice period to avoid the next billing confused me. However when I raised this issue the company support was very responsive and generously resolved my problem. I will certainly subscribe again next year.

Scam artists

I cancelled my subscription on the 17th of March, it was renewing on the 24th of March. There is a 30 day cancellation policy. That's shady, but I accepted it as it's written in the terms of service. They now are attempting to charge me on the 21st of April (35 days after cancellation) and ending my subscription on the 21st of May (72 days after cancellation).

I agree with the overall AI summary. My experience with customer service is a strong five star. However, Premier Sports could improve access to the account, to make it easier to pause and restart your subscription, without having to contact customer support, and face an extra month in subscription fees, beyond the period you wanted to subscribe.

Good support from Premier Sports after an issue with my subscription. I just wish the app was better. Can't really argue with the content, I signed up for NHL. Would love to see more EIHL Hockey! Thanks

Had a problem after subscribing to gain access to premier sports on the tv although accessible on iPad. Following a chat with the helpline the problem was resolved promptly with excellent e mail correspondence .
