Terrible app, cancellation policy
Terrible app, no way easy way to stream to tv. Cancellation process is a nightmare, charging for 2 extra months after cancelling because of 30 day policy.

The website is pretty outdated and difficult to deal with, I also signed up to the flexible subscription and it put me onto the annual- after contacting support they quickly rectified this and resolved the issue for me so score reflects their helpfulness.

Efficient resolution of subscription error.
I made an error in booking my subscription which committed me to a longer period than I had intended. I wasn't able to correct on-line so engaged through the chat which led to an agent emailing me. The issue was then courteously and quickly resolved despite this being my error.

"Pay as you go" subscription is misleading and is actually a yearly contract. If you cancel they still claim payments for the full year. Also the online player is inconsistent and sometimes jumps from live action to action from five minutes previous. You then have to rewatch for ages before it jumps back to live and you've missed lots of action. Refresh doesn't fix it. I'd rather miss the rugby than sign up with these mugs again.

Signed up to watch Bath Rugby v Bordeaux yesterday at 14:54. Went for Flexible Monthly - Streaming only. Logged in this morning to cancel subscription and see that it will cancel in 59 days so £35.98 to watch one match rather than the £17.99 I was expecting. Something is wrong if you try and cancel within 24 hours of subscribing but get charged 2 months :-(

The app for streaming is awful it keeps glitching, going pixelated or buffering. Any other streaming app I have works fine so it’s not connection.
TNT sports comes through the HBO MAX app which I can get straight on my tv and it works properly. I have to cast this to my tv from my phone as you don’t have an app available for it.
Every year I think surely they’ve fixed it now, subscribe and try to watch the tournament only to find you haven’t. Il never be subscribing again. Who cares if it just a tenner a month or whatever if it’s a load of rubbish ? I’d rather pay more and be able to actually watch the games, groundbreaking I know.
Single screen viewing only….

My 3-star review is solely based on the single screen view only.
It would be preferable, in my view to have a multi screen option (so I can watch on the TV and someone else in the same house can watch something on a tablet, for example).

subscription issue
I had an issue with my subscription...and in contacting customer service, I feared I would get the usual run-around as one gets from other providers. But contrary to my expectations, Steve from Premier responded in a prompt, courteous and professional manner - and resolved the issue. Probelem fixed. By a long way, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Well done Steve.
Good football, sleepy commentators
While the channel is covering many sport events pretty good. The football commentators are way behind. Im watching Real vs Alaves and the commentators are snoring. No excitement. I watch it from an Arabic channel its much much more enjoyable even i don't understand Arabic.
Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company. They will offer a "HALFPRICE" subscription and commit you to a 12 month contract charging you full price for all but the first month. The streaming quality is shambolic; incredibly laggy and randomly jumps between channels at times. Had no problems with TNT sports so it's not my internet connection.
Prompt and satisfactory
I wasn't very happy that Premier sports was not showing the W6N as advertised. However, when I contacted the customer service they were prompt with their response, courteous and very helpful. I was offered a pro rata refund without question and everything was dealt with very efficiently. Kudos to your customer service department and Scofield.
First class service
I was contacted within an hour of sending an email and the lady understood my problem and not only rectified it for me with no stress or sales pitch. She also refunded 3 months of my subscription when I had over subscribed
