THANK-YOU PREMIER SPORTS

Suddenly my financial situation became tight so i had to pull back on subscriptions, Premier sports was approached and in all honesty were brilliant, they understand and Curtis went about fixing my cancellation, couple emails later job done , massive help massive thanks to Curtis and Premier Sports.

I had a query over cancelling my subscription which was responded to quickly. Steve was very helpful in answering my questions and quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

My son who has a disability…

My son who has a disability accidentally signed up to a subscription. This was unknown to me. I called about this advising it was done accidental and told I still have to pay the monthly subscription there is no way out.

Excellent customer service

I access Premier Sports via Sky and had a problem viewing some content. Sky advised that the games I wanted to see were pay per view and not available to me. I emailed PS and had a prompt reply from Steve who told me that all content was available via the PS app.
The customer experience Steve provided was night and day compared with Sky.

Shite service

The service is very poor if you try to watch a game from the start after the kick off time. It always skips and jumps and eventually gives up and just goes back to the live coverage. Trying to complain is very difficult and needs to be done in writing.

Excellent support by Emma

I received notification that my subscription had been refused by my bank, as my card had been updated, and hence the long number had changed.
I was assisted by Emma, who was very helpful, expertly guiding me through the reinstatement process.

I recently signed up to an annual

I recently signed up to an annual, pay-monthly subscription with Premier Sports by accident, when I meant to subscribe to their month-by-month subscription. This was entirely my mistake, but when I reached out to Premier Sports, Vanessa and the team at Premier Sports were extremely understanding and cancelled my subscription with empathy and understanding.

Poor customer service with no flexibility

Signed up to Premier Sports annual subscription in error and contacted customer service to explain the situation and ask if the annual subscription could be cancelled early. Despite this, they refused to help and insisted the contract had to continue.
Very disappointing customer service and no flexibility whatsoever, even for genuine mistakes. The whole experience has left a bad impression and I certainly wouldn’t subscribe again or recommend the service to others.

My issue was resolved very quickly by Curtis and was done so with a professional and consumer focused approach. I would highly recommend Premier Sports customer services due to their customer first ethos (some other sports TV providers could learn a thing or two).
