I'd give 0 stars to this company.

I'd give 0 stars to this company.
Card keeps getting blocked for no reason.
Support is non-existent and keeps giving me stupid responses repeatedly asking for the same card/account information when I've provided it to them.
Their excuse is that the CVV was not entered when the purchase was made hence the card was blocked which is total bullshit.
They just block transactions so that you can't actually use your card

I have been unable to use this $10…

I have been unable to use this $10 debit card and supposedly it expires on 07/25. When I called the number on the card they said I needed to contact the company that issued the card. The company that issued the card is Devoted Health Plans and I have called them twice only to be place on call for over 25 minutes and was disconnected twice. I am trying one more time then tossing this useless debit card.

rebate card with and expiration date?!

I had a rebate card that I was saving for something special. I never took it off of the paper and now see that it had an expiration date! I called the number on the card and they will not replace it. This is rediculous, how can someone give out a rebate with and expiration? Horrible business............

I had a card with about $625 on it..

I had a card with about $625 on it... when it expired I recieved a new card from them that i assumed was the new replacement... i then noticed they were charging $4.95/month fee and had never moved the $ to the new card... today they told me it was a separate account and to have access to my $ i would need to spend $12.95 to re-issue the expired card so they've taken over $40 and paid no interest... they are screwing us!

it is extremely difficult to use it. reqjuires an OTP which you either get or not. I had a few tries before I could get it work.

I went to use my virtual VISA card…

I went to use my virtual VISA card today and it said EXPIRED when I tried using it. I reached out to customer support they said it expired and I forfeited the funds. I did NOT forfeit funds and who ever heard of a Visa card expiring and taking my money. I had $450 on that gift card, and I was saving it to use it on something special! Thanks Prepaid Digital Solutions your only "Solution" is to "Digitally" steal my money! I will be escalating this legally. This is a good example of a Class Action Lawsuit! This company is criminal!

Worse Than The Worst!

I got a reply to my previous 1-star review and thought they were actually try to make things right.

They gave me an email address to which I replied as requested and it simply led me to the same thing I already knew: "card not found".

Class Action Lawsuit forthcoming along with filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. I recommend you all do the same if you are reading this review.

How do I actually get to talk to a live person or send an email to a live person???

The worst prepaid card company to ever…

Reply to Prepaid digital solutions: Hi, thanks for replying. I've checked my inbox and spam and have received a reply. Your blaming me for not entering the CVV correctly. I tried it across 3 companies. My phone carrier and Steam most especially I've never experienced a decline on them before. I've sent a reply accordingly.

The worst prepaid card company to ever exist. I've tried a £5 giftcard on literally every merchant I can think of. Three, Steam, my ISA providers. And every single time an error. For Three (Phone/SIM company): "Transaction Blocking". For Steam (Game store): "Declined due to Block Recurring/Installment Txn logic". Skipton (ISA provider): Merchant not in Network or No Purse Exists. For my Credit Card provider: Merchant not in Network or No Purse Exists. The only way I could pay is via my hosting provider for my machines. Absolutely ridiculous.

Impossible to use with any merchants - clearly a SCAM

Got several cards from them - never been able to use them. I keep getting asked for a one time password they are not able to provide. Their customer service is a bot which does not read message and keep sending the same answer. Would NEVER use again.

Scam!!!!! don't use them
I received a digital prepaid card few days ago and I was asked to input my Nigerian national identification number which is 11 digits but payment vault site kept insisting it should be 10 digits. Since then they have stopped me from acessing my giftcard, at first they sent me an email to re upload my documents which I did but they kept rejecting my digital Id card even after explaining that for 6 years now, nigeria has stopped issuing the plastic Id card. The other option I have is drivers license which I don't possess.
I have messaged them numerous times but they keep replying with useless not assisting messages that are not related to my request at all.
I have come to realize with each passing hour that this payment vault people are scam and no wonder they changed their name from prepaid digital solutions to payment vault.

Can someone pls explain the reason why payment vault is requesting for a lot of documents to verify just to receive my due prepaid card, when it is not like I'm opening a bank account with them.
I believe this is just a way of preventing people from accessing their money.
Guys this people are scam, they have no intent on giving you your MasterCard. Don't use at all!!!

Organized scam with Bonusly

Organized scam

They are one of the useless websites I've ever seen in my 34 years long life.
Their prepaid cards can't be used in any shop or website. My Amazon account was suspended due to their service. Amazon didn't accept the prepaid card they provided, it showed as unauthorized/scam attempt.

Bonusly is part of this scam. If your company is using Bonusly, do not attempt to take your bonuses via this scam website. Choose local or Amazon gift cards instead, because you won't be able to use your money if you choose this option.

Hope they will be arrested and buried in the deep garbage of the Internet.

They changed their name to Mypaymentvault.
They probably change their name quite often, so they won't be marked as scammer website.
Be aware of these scammers!

I received a $100 gift card from…

I received a $100 gift card from Kitchen Aide appliance promotion. When I received the card it had a balance of $96.05. I checked the website and there were 2 small charges from 2 different towns in Florida. I called to find out why these charges were made and got not explanation but if I wanted to dispute it I needed to write emails blah blah blah. Too much work for $3.95. I want it to be known that I am not happy with fees that are not made clear up front or after you get your card. HIDDEN FEES need to STOP!

I had not used my card and when I went…

I had not used my card and when I went yo use it was expired . I called and they will not reissue a new card . They told me yo call NECO rebate center where it was approved from . I called them and they pointed me back to prepaid digital stating they should reissue with maybe a $10 fee but we’re unsure. However, I am told by prepaid they will not issue another card therefore $500 they took. This should be a crime as it is my rebate for making a purchase !

scammer

When I tried to use my card after a few months, it was declined. I felt hopeless, but I decided to try again. Now it says 'token expired' with code F5A3-844965-E446. Does this mean I got scammed? My $50 Visa prepaid card didn’t work initially, and now it's saying it's expired. Please refund my money.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to reissue your expired card. The card you’re asking about is a prepaid card that expires at the end of the month and year provided in your card details. Per the terms and conditions, upon expiration of this prepaid card, any unused funds are forfeited.

Lost $200 to this company

I got a gift card (Visa) redeemed through my company’s health program for keeping exercise goals for over a year. I redeemed a $200 gift card with my points and never used it. That was in Sept 2023. I come to redeem it for a dinner with my family only to get a message that it has expired, which is not true. They changed websites and because of it, I lost $200.

I tried using the card at a gas station…

I tried using the card at a gas station and was asked for a pin number that I did not receive with the card. So I put it aside to use and was forgotten. Found it only to see that it had expired. Tried contacting the companies number only to get a recording that said card expired and could not get a hold of a representative, the old chase your tail conversation. Tried the web site that was on the back of the card, that was a dead-end. It was mentioned you could get an extension, but if you can't make contact, I guess that's out.
Well in Maine law these cards don't expire, so to channel 13 and the attorney Generals office I go. Maybe they can get to them for an update on the card.

Horrible service

Horrible company. Have been waiting months for my card dispute to be processed. They don't like to be reached and they will just ignore your mails.

Update: this answer is a confirmation of their service. The e-mail adress just gives you a reply that you will have to fill a online form that brings you to the beginning of the whole process.

I was given 2-$100 cards EXPIRED

I was given 2-$100 cards from a company that had a rebate going on an item that I purchased. Was saving them up plus some cash to make a larger purchase, well, went to use them and realized they expired last month.
Now I'm finding that a lot of people are having this issue. Had I known they were going to expire in less than 1 year (1 year is the min. that I've seen on any other card like this), I would have used them.
I've tried contacting them and so far the recording just hangs up and haven't been able to speak to a single person.
Unless, this is resolved, I will be contacting my state attorney general, the BBB and will be filling more complaints on any website that will let me post until they contact me and correct this issue.
