I can only guess Trust Pilot did not like that I advised most people to contact FDIC, yes the bank people as they are the ones who regulate their partner banks.

Look up their name followed by dot gov. Process is simple enough.

I tried to use the prepaid card and it was declined. I have never used it before so I know there is money on it. When I called customer service to find out what the problem was they said their system is down but wanted my name and bank information so they could give me a gift of $100. When I told them I don't give out my bank information they hung the phone up on me. 07

Worthless

I have a card that I have not used but it expired. I cannot figure out who to contact to get a new card or a different expiration date. I called Mastercard who is supposedly the card holder and they do not have any cards starting with the same numbers as mine.

I’m editing to add, that their customer support agent didn’t help in any way. It was a generic reply just like the one I got here. They offered no help in replacing the gift card.

They make everything to prevent you access your money so they grab it easily.

Poor customer service and card blocked without using

Card is blocked even though wallet status is Active and I have not used it at all. I have received the same automated email about not entering a CVV all 4times raised a help ticket. Terrible and would not recommend at all.

I can't used my prepaid (gift) card

I got a prepaid from them as a present from my work. When I try to buy online the vendor website asks for a validation code (OTP) which I was supposed to receive from Prepaid Digital Solutions by email or SMS. The problem is that they never send it, so I can't complete the transaction. I tried their helpdesk but they just have a bot answering messages and it was completely unhelpful. They make everything they can so you don't spend your money and they grab it when your card expires.

Total scam- horrible

Same as all the others. Had multiple rebates from a remodel and the virtual cards can only be used at certain spots - many vendors wont take it. Dont know why. Then after trying vendors who dont allow it, you get a 3 day block. Called customer service and they said I had to wait 3 days. Then there was no way to use all the funds on each card, so each one has a little left on it... they wont let you combine balances. TOTAL SCAM.

I had a master card for $88

I had a master card for $88. I used about $50 because I was saving the rest to buy my granddaughter a b/d gift. So I went to the store to make the purchase only to find out the the card DECLINED! When I called to find out why, was told the card expired in May. After doing a review on this company I found out that they are THIEVES who go at the LEAST opportunity, to confiscate your money. One reviewer lost over $432. HOW CAN THIS BE ALLOWED? The Viral Customer Service is Rotten to say the least. HOW THIS TYPE OF COMPANY IS ALLOWED TO OPERATE BY CONFISCATING PPLS MONEY IN THEIR FASHION IS BEYOND ME! Somebody should look into this HIGHWAY ROBBERY by these kind on companies!

$200 digital card disaster !!

I had a $200 digital card and was able to use all but $42.50. Then the card was unable to be used and the CVV code kept stating it was invalid each time I tried to use it. I finally decided to contact the company via chat on the last day before expiration. Every representative just kept stating card was expired and nothing could be done. I asked to escalate the case and was told a supervisor would contact me via email and no email ever came. I contacted the company again and was told they would not make any arrangements despite error with card prior to expiration. The last representative told me they would be disconnecting me from the chat.
Worst experience ever!

Its not that bad like others say.

So I bought the mastercard prepaid card key 5 EUR on the G2A, I got the code, I tried activating on this site, i gave all infos and verified ID, ID was fast verified, and I got the card's informations. I dont know why reviews are that bad, maybe something changed?

Misplaced cards, would not extend the expiration

Received 2 rebate cards that expired 3/24 and 4/24. I had misplaced them and found them 6/24. The policy says "they cannot be replaced after the expiration date". That = 432$ of theft. I was willing to pay a small fee to have them reactivated because it was my fault for misplacing them. I agree with the others, if you have a rebate card with Digital Solutions don't misplace the card.

Thieves

The card that I received was only good for three months and even though there were funds left on it, they would not extend the expiration. This essentially amounts to theft. Customer Service was extremely unhelpful.

Now it is caled My Payment Vault, the ask you to verify your ID and upload your Drive license or ID card etc. and every time the page is loading and loading but at the end it crashes. So that's just a waist of time and money!

Stolen virtual card $300

I wouldn't give any stars. My experience has been awful. I purchased a $300 virtual visa card in October 2023. I tried using my card in December but the charge was declined. Upon checking the balance, my card was at $0.00. It had been used 11 days after purchasing it plus my digital wallet code was sent to a different email. Someone accessed my digital wallet, change my name, email, phone number, address. They tried three cash transactions without success yet on the 4th transaction they were able to spend the entire $300. Contacting customer service was very frustrating. They hung up on me 3 times. My fourth phone call was finally "escalated". I received a "dispute/fraudulent form" which landed in my junk folder instead of my inbox. I filled out the form, faxed it & waited about 2-3 weeks. I emailed customer service for status. They emailed back stating there is no dispute with my card, fill the attached dispute form out and send it via email. I wrote back, I already faxed the form. They replied it could take up to 120 days. It has been over 5 months since I started the process and I still have not received my money. My next step is to involve the police because Prepaid Digital Solutions / ONBE is not helpful.

This is the worst company I've ever…

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life, slow, useless, unable to comprehend basic support issues, rude and unprofessional.

They mail out cards with no security so if they get stolen there is nothing stopping them being used. Trying to get them to help you will result in multiple sessions till you get a rep who is bored enough to do something.

Avoid this company at all costs they are not worth the pain in dealing with

Horrendous Customer Service

They state that a card will arrive in Canada in 7-10 business days. 20 is more accurate. When you ask for tracking, they give you a million excuses to not give out the tracking. The customer service feels robotic and not helpful at all. Do not expect them to follow through on the expectations set.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My card didn’t work, I tried to contact the company for help and they didn’t get back to me. Cards expired and they say there is nothing they can do. Avoid at all costs; they are thieves.

Do not deliver on time by far If ever

They promise in terms and condition to deliver within 20 business days. My €600 card was ordered with plenty margin to be part of my travel budget for my trip to Italy. When checking up the status of my ordered physical card, three days before my trip, since I was getting concerned, I was told the card was still "in the process of creation" and that "delivery timeframe is 20 business days after shipping is complete", whatever that would mean. Today, the day before my trip, finally the card arrived but it turned out my email to check the status of the card had triggered the card to be cancelled which I never requested, I just told I needed the card by May 1st when I was asked if I wanted a digital card replacement. Now I have to wait another month for receiving a replacement, assuming I will ever get one that is possible to activate before its expiry date.

Recommendation is to avoid prepaid digital solutions or programs like Xexec that tend to not be careful in their sourcing. I which I had looked them up here before piping my €600 reward to this /dev/null

Completely trash company

Completely trash company. Please do everything you can to avoid them. I recently obtained another prepaid card and added it to my wallet but when I used the virtual card to buy something online it kept saying the CV was invalid even though I was putting it in correctly.

They just steal money from people...
