Verification pending over 5 days and my email account will be closing soon due to change of work. The customer service cannot even answer my questions regarding the change of my email address.

Forces you to input your personal info, so you can't use this card anonymously versus other ones you can get at a gas station, variety shop etc. That's fair for security reasons. However, even if you... See more

Unable to redeem card!

Tried entering both the token number and the card info that was given in the email. Didn't work after multiple tries, so I called customer service. They asked for so much unnecessary personal information because they told me that my name was "on a national watchlist." Sounds like a scam to me.

They placed holds on 2 cards

They placed holds on 2 cards I was issued, both totaling @ $1500. For the past 2+ weeks, they keep saying they will verify info. Every time I call they state support will get back to me in 3 business days. Still no contact from them. Based on all the reviews including those that never received their funds, I don't see how this is not a crime or warrant a class action. It seems they are going to hold the funds until the cards expire and keep it for themselves. Its time to contact all the companies they are dealing with and get this out to the news stations.

I was given a token for receiving a…

I was given a token for receiving a virtual visa card through prewpaiddigitalsolutions in December 2023. I was able to successfully input information on their site and was provided with a card number. I tried three times to use on Amazon and was finally able to use a small partial amount for an amazon gift card. The next day, I was unsuccessful in using it anywhere on line. And, they had removed my virtual card number from their site. However, I had already taken a picture of the card, so I tried to put the information into paypal to see if I could use it that way. Paypal rejected/declined and said I had to contact the issuer. I then called and emailed prepaiddigitalsolutions and received an automated response. After numerous attempts, I was finally connected with Customer Svcs agent who really was cold and sterile. He asked for my date of birth and other personal information that I was pretty sure that I had not provided initially for obtaining the card. He then told me that the card was suspended due to suspicious activity. What? I inquired as to why they would just remove the card and block it without notifying me. They absolutely had my email address. To which he didn't have a response. He then tells me it will be 5 to 7 days before my card can be reactivated and that he had escalated the matter. A week and a half later and several emails and phone calls still no reactivation. I reached out the company who rewarded me with this compensation and they are now involved. They said that prepaiddigital will be resolving this matter soon. I am hoping that since this company does continuous business with them that they will honor that relationship and do the right/legal thing and give me back my money. However, given all that I have gone through thus far, this one star review is the better than what they deserve. Something is definitely "Fishy" about the way they do business. And, while there are a hand full of those who have not had any issues, I say you were lucky, "this time". I will definitely join in on the class action suit that is surely in the future of this scamming company.

Customer care is worst

Customer care is worst, they work only if you escalate via your company rewards program. For individual without any formal company support is a nightmare

Most of the reviews are wrong

These reviews are crazy to me. I just received the digital card and it loaded fast. I'm not the best with new technology and had to call twice for help. They were awesome. I did have to hit random numbers so I could speak with an agent. 4 seemed to get me transferred pretty quick hahaha

Can't do anything AT ALL

Can't do anything AT ALL. I can't sign in because they won't send emails. EVERY TIME I get a Visa, it's always locked and I have to call them. A literal waste of time for a measly $10. I'd rather die than try contacting them with their slow messaging system.

These people are a joke!!

These people are a joke!!! They do not make it clear how to redeem your virtual card and takes weeks and weeks to respond to your inquiry, and then tell you your card has expired when the company that issued the card says you have 7 months to redeem it! These people are like scammers!!!!!

Use it properly if you want it to work!

I really, really, don't get all the bad reviews for this.

Well, I do - people are just not using it properly.

What I think people are trying to do is buy gift cards with it. Well, you can't. I don't know why - maybe some sort of money laundering laws prevent it as it makes it harder to trace, I dunno. But if you think about it, it makes sense. You're essentially trying to buy a gift card with a gift card.

And that's what I initially tried to do. But then I used their chat service, and they got back to me within a few minutes and explained that the card should work on any website where they accept Mastercard. So I tried buying something directly on eBay and on another site, and it worked fine. Which is when I twigged that buying gift cards is a no-no.

So yeah, absolutely nothing wrong with this company. Just buy something online with it and you'll be fine.

Terrible product

Terrible product, useless service. The virtual cards appear not to work anywhere that is widely available, when i tried using it on Amazon it was blocked/ bounced - i then talked to customer service who said that I hadn't put the CCV at the time when I had only added the card that moment to make the purchase. Apparently this then blocks the card and takes 3 days to unblock. Totally useless - avoid as much as possible

Found I could only use this card when ordering by phone

I received a £200 card as a promotion but cannot use it anywhere. When I try to make an online payment I am sent a verification code which I input. Then I see a list of companies and am asked which one I have used a one time password with recently - the answer is None but unfortunately that is not an option. When I cancel I am sent back to the merchant site and the payment is declined. This happens everytime I try to use the card. Its a complete waste of time and now I have lost £200 - the item I bought because of the promotion could have been purchased elsewhere for cheaper had I known this gift card could not be used anywhere.
UPDATE: Tried a few more online sites, declined every time for the same reason as above. PDS online chat advised me use the card by phone to place an order and this actually worked. I think online ordering may have an extra layer of security which you can’t pass but when you phone an order in they just want the card details. It’s a shame people aren’t advised of this before wasting time trying to use the card online and, probably in many cases, giving up and losing their money (which I almost did).

Idk, worked for me?

I've found lot's of hateful comments here and was afraid af to find them after I've bought the activation key, but I successfully activated my card. Yes, it indeed doesn't work in may places (like majority of web-stores), but I've bought PC games on gamivo.com and donated money to rainn.org, worked well...

Leaving 4-5 stars so this comment get's noticed, but I still join the others and don't recommend to work with this service, because it's scetchy
