This is just crazy but I'm having the same problem as everybody else here who is complaining. They have my money and I have no way to get it out because somehow some email got associated with the account that I didn't even enter, so of course I have no idea what it is. In order to have customer service even help you, you'll have to verify your identity with both your mailing address and email. My mailing address was easy to give them, but because I tried three different emails and none of them worked, I was locked out of the system so that I can't even check online what my balance is, they say to call. And when I call, of course I am taken back into another circle. I tell them over and over again that I have no idea why those emails don't work… But I have dozens of emails. How can I use email alone to verify identity? People are always changing emails and for all I know, the Company that gave it to me put in their own email by accident. They told me to go back to the company, but I do many of these focus groups, and this was over a year ago, I have no idea who gave it to me now. I told them at least replace the card or even mail me a letter at my address, I can verify my identity by showing them my ID card or something, but they said they will do nothing for me until I can verify my email, so they locked me out and hung up on me. I tried calling back several times. I can't even get it replaced as a lost card because first I have to verify my email. Like everyone else, they basically stole my money.

Would give them -5 if I could. I have £10 on a virtual card which I cannot seem to spend anywhere. It comes with a 30 day expiry which is terrible. Every transaction is blocked and it takes 2-3 days to unblock the merchant. Try again and the merchant gets blocked. Not able to add the card to apple pay as I do not have a US phone number. I feel they will keep doing this until the card expires and then blame me for not spending it.

I have over $500 unrecovered/missing money from Dacor rebate that I was promised. I kept inquiring on when I would receive credit for rebate. I was told in process for months. Finally called again and was told It was sent by email and I had spent a couple thousand. I NEVER received anything. I filed affidavits and have fought and they still have not credited everything for some virtual token card that seems sketchy. STAY AWAY form #DACOR #swift and digital prepaid solutions and also #appliance connection in NY online. This is a scam. I feel like they are all in together scamming people. Still no resolve

I can not take my money. They want to send them my document with the photo. I did it 10 times and every time the answer is: your photo is not visible enough!!!!My ID card is OK for everyone except the Prepaid digital solutions !!!!!!

Worst product avalibe, you can not buy giftcards. so you are locked in on using their virtual master card. since you cannot add two cards at once it basically makes it useless, since you need to buy something for below the value of the card. making it quite usless. hoorible customer support as well, that just leaves the cahat without helping.

They asked for my ID even though I have already an account with them. They said it was blurry and asked for a utility bill. I have just moved to a new country and I don't have any utility bills in my name. They just don't give me my money even though I have already a verified account and got my money earlier without an issue. BTW, their customer service is so rude and drives you crazy.

Got a random text saying it was a university medical assessment survey, it said i would receive a 20$ prepaid visa upon completion. The survey didn't ask for any real information just basic questions about my general health (when's the last time i had a check-up etc) .... when I finally got the card it wouldn't let me spend the money on a Microsoft gift card, I messaged support and they basically said it was auto declined by their fraud system and id need to wait 12-24 hours to try again. At that point I googled 'is prepaiddigitalsolutions legit' which led me here, seeing a 1.4 rating and almost every comment said it was a scam I assumed it was in fact a scam. But a few things didn't add up, when I took the survey the first question decided whether or not you'd qualify; it wouldn't make sense for a scam site to say you don't qualify if the whole purpose was to get as many people's info as possible. ALSO the card info was real. On xbox if a card's info doesn't match up it'll tell you and not let you add the card to your account, the prepaid visa added to my account with no issue. At that point I knew it was legit and went ahead and tried to spend the money again and it went through

Worst company I ever come across. They took my clear ID copies and pretended that they are blurry. This company is ID theft . Please avoid them. I sent many times to them and it bounced back as "blurry". Now reading other peoples reviews that their cards getting declined I'm not surprised. Customer service can't resolve simple problems. They rob my money . Thank God wasn't big amount. Won't be going near this company again.

2.5 weeks, no resolution of login error to access wallet. Not insignificant sum of vouchers inaccessible. Tried other browsers, wifi connections, cache clearing, other devices etc. no success.

Used to have no issues redeeming virtual mastercards from company rewards scheme, don't know what's changed but looking at other reviews I'm not in the same boat.

What is going on?!

I purchased a Virtual Visa card. Everytime I try to use it it gets declined. I have not been able to get any help or explaination from this company. In my opinion this company is a scam.

I received the virtual card today. I went straight to Amazon and placed an order. I checked the card balance about 20 min later (because Amazon doesn't always run the payment immediately) and my purchase had been deducted from the balance. So I went and used the remaining balance on Amazon. Worked like a charm!

Didn't work yesterday and won't work today either. Sometimes you can log in, but it doesn't show the card information.....I can't even call them when I live in Finland....it costs too much

Purchased an Amazon gift card with mine. Cashback card from Panasonic lens - prepaid card. Expecting massive problems due to very negative feedback.
Transaction went through straight away - no problems. I'm really happy with the service. Thanks

Shocking. Got £25 Mastercard as a gift from other company and I cannot use it. Done the digital wallet that cannot be used in store because they do not provide you with the PIN and you cannot shop online either because it is failing 3rd security step. Customer service is rude and not helpful, told me managers are not available to talk to, cannot offer any goodwill gesture. Only reset my card so I could request for a physical card that is charging you £5 to have it! Now instead of £25 I should receive £20 only and wait up to 25 days for the card to arrive!
Looking at other ratings here who knows if I receive this card and will be able to use it

This place is a joke and should be investigated for predatory practices. I got a digital MasterCard that was only valid for 6 months (I thought it was standard for gift cards to be valid for at least a year). And when it expired, I got charged $5 as a monthly service fee and an additional $13 to "replace" the card. I called customer service and found it incredibly difficult to find a customer service person to speak with. But when I finally got ahold of "Robert" in customer service, he seemed very inconvenienced about my call and just kept telling me to go to the website. What a joke.

This company is a SCAM they blocked my card for no reason & I called them they said it will be 24 hours till it is active again, I had crap that needed to be paid immediately, not on their time, I can only hope that the CEO & owner die a long slow painful death💯

Absolute SCAM. I won one of these on T-Mobiles's Get Thanked Tuesdays App. It was declined everywhere I tried to use it. There's no barscan for stores to scan it, and manual entry gets it declined. Tried on Amazon same thing. Then T-Mobile gives me the run around for a month and refused escalate it out of the Rewards department-which is outsourced to India. So anyone receiving one of of these from their company, from winning any games etc isn't receiving a thing.

Like most people I would 0 or negative stars if I could.

Got a Prepaid Mastercard as a long Service Bonus. Card is decline everywhere, Customer Support is no existant and useless - "Please try a different Merchant".

They now have a lot of my money and it feels they are just running down the clock so they can pocket it themselves.

Scam!
They keep on denying the access to the money because they cannot verify my identity. I sent them: ID card, passport, driver's license, copy of my bank statement, electricity bill... still not valid. I'm really concerned about the security of my documents, they now have everything to steal my identity AND they have my money! NEVER use this website!

Absolute waste of time using this company. Card gets declined everywhere and customer service are completely incompetent. I would not touch this company if you want to keep your money.
