I think I am paying too much. €10 is being deducted from my account every three days. It's summer now, so my electricity usage hasn't increased, but I'm still being charged €10 every three days. Could you please explain why?

I was really annoyed with prepay power…
I was really annoyed with prepay power as I had a good friend dying over last few days and credit ran out, my phone network wasn't working either. I came home last night to find I had no power, couldn't make tea for elderly man that lives with us. I couldn't top up by phone so had wait this morning top up. Rang prepay and was not in good humour say the least but the assistant PRIYANKA was very helpful and very sorry for what I had been through. She was very kind and good a5 her job.
