Don’t bother with this site, looks professional but I waited a month for an item which never came. No replies to emails and no refund on £300 to date !! Should be shut down !

They try to get out of replacing stuff that breaks when fitting.
I Won't be using them again, proper rip off company if you ask me.

i placed an order total cost £148.77 with your company in good faith . I received an acknowledgment the same day. And that was all the contact i had .goods did not arrive. I tried there customer number it was disconnected . i emailed them 15 times with 0 response except the AI BOT automated response saying someone would contact me. I went to my bank to claw back my money , I was informed it required a 30 day grace . I emailed Preppers again informing them of this fact . I received a responce that made excuses and offered to give me a credit note for there shop or spit the order. I asked for a full refund . They sent me half my order without confirming with me.
and refunded me the remaining money. I would not recommend this company. They are rude. Unhelpful Have 0 communication skills unless they have been threatened, Do not respond to communications. A company to avoid .

Superb equipment delivered safely and securely.
Was slightly surprised by the amount of time it took from ordering to delivering, but I believe they're busy at moment.
Don't expect next day!
If you're happy to wait though, it's well worth it.
One item I ordered was out of stock, but one simple email between us sorted this out with an upgrade, and the goods where at my door a day or so later.

Where do I start? First there was no update on delivery zero communication they send items when they feel like it seems, staff was just rude ( Lincoln ) in particular just the worst company ive delt with in a long time absolutely terrible

On 19 March 2026, I purchased a high-end crossbow and multiple packs of bolts from Preppers.co.uk. At the time of ordering, all items were clearly listed as “In Stock,” with some showing 3+ units available.
Despite this, I received no order confirmation or acknowledgement. After a couple of days, I emailed the company to inquire about the status of my order. I received no reply. Two weeks later, I sent a follow-up email asking for an update and whether age verification had been completed. Once again, my message was completely ignored.
With no communication forthcoming, I contacted PayPal to protect my purchase before the dispute window closed. Then, in the middle of the night on the final day I could escalate the claim, Preppers.co.uk sent a brief email simply stating that my order had been cancelled — with no explanation, apology, or further details.
This level of silence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from a specialist retailer handling high-value purchases. A simple acknowledgement and realistic timeframe would have been sufficient. Instead, I was met with total disregard for a customer who had spent a significant sum.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering a crossbow purchase looks elsewhere. Preppers.co.uk’s complete lack of customer service and dismissive handling of orders leaves buyers at risk of wasted time and unnecessary stress. Very very slow dispatch
Only saving grace was the quality was decent

Ordered a cross bow received it and it has missing screws sent lots of emails Got one answer telling me it is ready assembled. Sent an email back telling you I know it ready assembled but screws missing out of it but no answer so today im sending it back with all the extras parts i Ordered. By one way your phone number doesn't work either.

Item took about just over 2 weeks to arrive. Postage was 3 to 5 days .
Didn't reply to any of my emails until I got refunded by my card company.
Then he got in touch .
Item is fine ive kept it and he's been resent the payment by my card company.
I won't be using again tho.

I popped an order through and instead of it arriving within the 3-5 business days slot, it took nearly 6 weeks. Only had replies from some of my emails asking where my order was and on two occasions was told it would be with me the week I sent out those emails but they didn’t arrive. Only got my order last week. Would have given 1 star but got 2 because the quality of the blades I ordered.

Very happy with products the only issue was that delivery took quite some time.

From order to receipt took 38 days.
I have received items from China and USA quicker, and they don't advertise as 4 to 5 working days delivery.

Good prices but as said by many others very slow in terms of delivery and support responses. My order took over a month when it said 5 days due to the items I ordered being out of stock but them saying it was in stock, this seems to be something they do alot they could definitely up there game here massively. they sure do take there time to respond to messages sometimes over a week. If you need your items fast then I wouldn't recommend.

Took 4 weeks for order to arrive, some items are out of date. No phone number to contact them.

They replied to my post saying it was fake, lol typical response from a bad Co. Here's my order number: Order #32594599

After spending over £200, my order took an unacceptably long time to arrive - one month!!
Excuses were basically "we can't manage everything". It's not acceptable. This not a fake review. Order No. #32717199. I won't be buying anything more from this retailer.
