Very slow delivery. All items were showing as in stock but after not receiving anything for two weeks i chased it up. First off a company that only provides and email and will not list a contact number is a huge red flag and then it took five days before a standard reply just saying items are shipped within 3-5 days, except clearly not. After four weeks and chasing up again i finaly receive a parcel but with only part of the order. Chase up again and no reply. I have just today received the remainder of the order. I try and avoid the large amazons and try to support smaller companies but thats 8 weeks. Totally unacceptable, will never use again.

Used before with no issues albeit not the fastest delivery. However made an order that the website stated was in stock and 10 -14 days delivery. I emailed on day 14 to ask situation and had an automated reply, after another 2 weeks emails and automated replies I gave them an ultimatum that I was going to my bank. Almost instant reply. I was told the items were not in stock and were being shipped from abroad with zero idea of when. We agreed on a refund and they said it would take 7 days. On day 7 I emailed to say it is processing and would be 2 more days, another email 2 days later with another threat to go to my bank and I eventually got my cash back.
Poor show from a company I have had no issues with before.

Very unreliable, and dishonest.
I paid for an item they didn't have in stock and wasn't informed of this at the time of purchase, but Preppers still took the full amount from me even though they new they didn't have the said item.
After a month of waiting and a hand of excuses, it resulted in a cancellation on my part, resulting in a lengthy dispute to retrieve my money, wich ended in my favour, thanks to PayPal.
Unfortunately this is probably the worst review I've had to put forward to Trust pilot.

I thought that the knives that I bought from you are very good nice and sharp.

Sold a product they didn’t have in stock, once emailed about it they promised a date and didn’t make the timeline, after requesting a refund they ignored the email. Awful service

Used this company a couple of times in the past no problem, but my last order was on 4th and its now the 28,so 24days and no email's or sorry your order is delayed,nothing, will be seeking a refund from my Bank as they don't reply to emails asking for refunds

Completely wasted my time waited over 4 months for an order that never came. Contacted them every 3 weeks on average was told it was coming in the next few days. Dont waste your time with them.

Ordered 3 items to repair my tent. Nothing arrived for 2 weeks. I emailed in on the 15th day only for them to let me know there was a problem with the supplier. I suggested I don’t mind the delay if they can throw in some freebie, a sticker would have been good enough lol. Nothing came with. Only order from these if you want to wait 2 weeks for your order.

I have been waiting 3 weeks now for my order there has been no notifications or updates have sent countless emails only to get the same reply saying 10 to 14 days for delivery
Il be asking for a refund and will buy from somewhere else

Terrible customer service.
I ordered something on 14 of April but never arrived ( Today is 26 of may) the website shows " order confirm" nothing else.
They don't answering for my emails and clearly they don't want to make a refund payment.
I hope everyone can see this!!
I won't buy anything from this "shop" ever again.
And still want my money back!!!

Disappointing, items appear as available online but aren’t and then take weeks and weeks to be shipped, we are still waiting on most of our order made a few weeks ago. Hopefully we do recieve it in the end after all this time waiting. Won’t be shopping here again

The website is so user friendly with everything for the serious prepper to the camper/hiker who wants to elevate their experience and stick up on some serious supplies. They arrived very quickly, very stoutly packaged, and should you need a return or an exchange, the customer service is fantastic. Preppers is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for anyone who wants to go off grid and thrive whilst doing so. I've been a customer for many years and will continue to be for many more.

Waiting time and communication definitely needs improvement. Waited approx 6 weeks for my order to arrive.
On a plus side good quality products .

The website indicated that it would take 1-2 days for the shop to ship the item I bought. It ended up taking them 51 days to ship this item and countless emails of me asking them what was happening.

Items didn't arrive. Was told it was stuck in customs but I'm unsure this was the reason. Every time I contacted the shop, they said "it'll be here next week", but it never arrived. I was very patient and understanding for nearly 2 months. It wasn't until I mentioned a charge back and trading standards that I eventually got my money back.
I'll never buy from this shop again.
