The hotel price i got from their site was good and no problems
Was booking on Travelocity and somehow when I finished the booking it ended up being on Prestigia which I've never heard of before and so had to cancel my card. What a royal pain. So hard to get tickets or book anything because the scams are so bad.

Terrible experience. Arrived in Malta with my booking confirmation to be told that the hotel had not received payment. I spend 2 hours of my holiday phoning, arguing back and forth . Was eventually assured had been paid. Novotel tell me the company are lying. I now paid twice and am now in talks with my credit card company . Totally ruined my 40th birthday stay

Did not disclose full price of booking! I had to pay double the price I have already paid to them directly to the hotel.

I paid for high tier hotel room and you downgraded me. I was not able to talk to live rep but your AI chatbot still claimed I had high tier reservation while hotel confirmed you downgraded me to basic

Money was all paid just 24 hours before the travel date they emailed us that we are cancelling your booking as there is no space in the hotel.
Had to make an emergency booking from another website.
They are not reliable and we are still waiting on our money refund which has not happened.
They are not reliable and don’t trust them.
It’s a red flag 🚩 I don’t think so they should be allowed to operate in the UK or anywhere else .
A legal proceeding has been initiated with the regulator to pursue the matter.

Charged me twice for one bookings. I authorized 207 and they charged me 247 x2.
I just called the hotel and they have no record of my booking. The phone number is answered by an AI bot who just tells you you can’t get a refund. Scammers

I inadvertently clicked on the wrong date.
Prestigia said they would contact the hotel to alert them of the error and make the switch
So far I have not heard from them. If this isn't fixed, I am out $256.

In mid March 2026 I booked Hotel Mercier in Amsterdam through Presitigia.com. On 22 March Presitigia.com took the entire amount of the booking from my credit card. On 11 April (a week before my trip) they emailed me to say they could not secure the room and offered me an equivalent room in an alternative hotel for the same money. The hotel was not equivalent (far from it) and no reason for the issue was given.
From what I have read on Prestigia.com it appears this is a standard 'bait and switch' practice they are running.
They have now returned my money, but I will steer clear in future.
Despite Presitigia.com's actions I managed to book a room in Hotel Mercier which was superb.

Made hotel booking last week and paid. Recieved confirmation email from prestigia, rang hotel and they have no record of booking.
Tried calling london office phone number, not connecting.
Have emailed but can only feel I am being emailed back by an AI agent

Prestigia does not provide transparency about cancellation policies and sends confirmations/contracts that do not include the conditions of sale. You have to reach out to the call center which takes up to 72 hours to respond. Additionally, the phone numbers they list in their communications do not work ("not in service") - I tried the numbers in Germany, France, and the UK at 9:08AM CET and got the same error message everywhere (and I have a copy of my phone records to prove it).
