I made a Prestigia booking through Trivago. The booking was for Virginia Beach VA. I received a booking number from Trivago and a few minutes later, I received a booking confirmation from Prestigia. Unfortunately the Prestigia booking was for Daytona Beach FL. It was a Sunday but I tried the support phone number anyway. I dealt with a very real sounding AI. He told me my reservation was not refundable. I pointed out that the booking was made in error and the error had nothing to do with me. So the AI "escalated" the case to the "Support Team". I called again on Monday during business hours and had the same conversation with the AI. I sent the support team a link to my Trivago booking confirmation and directed them to their booking number. It is now four days later. I've heard nothing. There is no US phone number that a human being answers. And they don't respond to the support email. Right now my only recourse is the credit card company. Good luck with both Trivago and Prestigia.

I used trivago and handoff to Prestigia was simple and easy, so I was quickly able to decide on a booking and secure the confirmation in minutes!! Great booking process!!
Yesterday, I tried booking the California Hotel and Casino from 5/31-6/2. The deal was pay now $19.88, pay at the property $59.78 for a total of $79.66. The booking did not appear to go through as I received a message to try again, however, my credit card was immediately charged for the full amount of $78.66.
Today, I received a confirmation for this booking but the receipt did not show the amount that was paid.
Why was I charged the full amount rather than the $19.88 cited on Trivago?

I booked the Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre and i called the hotel the next day and they have no record of the reservation 😭😭😭😭😭

I have to share my very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased acommodation in a hotel in Varadero last year. Unfortunately, we couldn´t depart on our vacation from medical reasons, so I cancelled the accomodation. I asked Prestigia for money refund on February 9, 2026. As of April 16, 2026 I still haven´t got my money back. I informed Prestigia that the card I paid the accomodation with is no longer active but my bank confirmed that there is no problem with the refund even if the card in no longer active, as long as the card is connected to my bank account. With all that information, they promised multiple times that they were sending the refund but in reality, no money has appeared on my account.
I ASK EVERYONE, PLEASE, AVOID THIS DISHONEST COMPANY, IN CASE YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOMODATION, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

We got the accommodations we wanted and the process was straightforward. Satisfied with final price but there were a lot of fees that made the initial lower price similar to final price of other booking cos.
