Wrong Hotel in Confirmation Email

My confirmation from Trivago was the correct hotel but the confirmation from Prestigia is not the same hotel, it's not even in the same city!!!!!!!

Misleading Location

The hotel I booked was pointed at Husavik Iceland on the map, where I am traveling to. However, it's actually a hotel in Instabul Turkey. Very misleading.

Sceptical at first, delighted since!

I was really sceptical of Prestige but they really came through. The user interface and automations aren't at par with other websites like booking.com etc. but their prices are unbeatable. I got hotels for half the listing price and had no issues at the hotel. Would recommend for anyone that spots a bargain!

And at the hotel I dubbed checked
Really was a bad experience
Was embarrassed at hotel and the second night was much more expensive

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - cannot reach a live person and my booking did not go through to the hotel. Requested hotel confirmation number and never received. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. SCAM BE AWARE

Refund Denied.

I requested a full refund for my cancellation of a hotel reservation! I became ill and could not make the reservation. Prestia.com responded with a no-refund on this cancellation. They have a policy which is not customer friendly! I will NOT book with them in the future.

Instead, I received Confirmation via Email from Prestiga.com Booking confirmation 170426-HEND-1810213
for location: Springhill Suites, Williamsburg 1644 Richmond RD, Williamsburg, VA 23185 attempted to verify reservations at both locations- no reservations found in either location.

DO NOT make bookings with Prestigia.com ITS A FRAUD!

I booked a hotel online but never received a confirmation booking. I turned up to the hotel and they have no confirmation of my booking. I lost my money and had to purchase a room again which cost even more!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO REFUNDS. NO THANKS!

I have sent emails but it seems they are automated emails. The emails claim that my refund is being processed but I still don't have my money back!

I will be reporting this company to authorities!!!

We booked two hotel rooms via Prestigia and specifically ticked the “free cancellation” box. Now it turns out one of the two rooms cannot be cancelled. We asked Prestigia for help, however they wont do anything to help us, eventhough the mistake is 100% on their side.

I did book a hotel through them on a very tight schedule and they let me book it and next day call me to offer an alternative which was a farther hotel. Just bet and lure policy.
