Disappointing at first: Firstly their currier delivered my item to wrong address, emailed prettylavish customer service - no answer. Finally found where it’s been delivered which was completely different street. Opened my item and noticed that dress has stain on a side like someone had already worn it (grossed out a bit) Emailed again advising all with pictures and descriptions. They finally replied asking to submit same info. Emailed again…. Received answer 2days later that I haven’t replied to their ticket. I emailed again - no answer…. Almost 2 weeks from paying for item and no resolution.
Update : after back and forward for quite some time issue has been resolved and I can finally enjoy my purchase which is lovely after all, shame this happened but thank you for getting it done.

Not worth it
Very disappointed from this brand. Given the fact that the dress prices are >£100 I was expecting good material but not. I got a dress which is: 100% polyester (not healthy material); made in China (very expensive for the material origin); the dress got melted with one iron try. I have started to believe the brand is a scam, as I have never seen such a thing before from expensive brands.

Erin was so helpful with bridesmaid dresses!
Erin was so helpful when I was struggling with sold out bridesmaid dresses. She kept me informed on the restock dates and even though it was close (10 days before the wedding), we got them!
The dresses were absolutely beautiful, great quality for the price and gorgeous colours - my bridesmaids looked incredible and so comfy all day.

Great Service
I was looking for a bridesmaids dress that was out of stock on the website but the team managed to find me one from the sample sale and it arrived within a few days and in great condition. They were so helpful and eager to help solve my issue as quickly as possible. Amazing service!

Great customer service
I really appreciated the customer service with pretty lavish. I was struggling to return my dresses or locate my account, as my phone/email etc was hacked. Lots of companies are so unhelpful in this situation as you can’t prove you’re… you. But pretty lavish have been helpful throughout and even let me extend the return date due to these circumstances.

Refund take too long …
My order was returned almost 2 weeks ago, they issued the refund yesterday , still not in my bank account. No other online shop I use takes anything near this length of time..
very disappointing, shame because the clothes are good quality.

Bad quality and poor customer service
I bought £300 worth of items as I had a birthday party to attend. The quality was not as good as it used to be so I sent all but one item back, ordered a couple of different sizes of things so some of them I didn’t even open fully. I put it back in the original box, sealed it and sent it back via inpost. Upon checking my refund I noticed they only refunded one of a dress I’d ordered two of, in different sizes. I queried this and they basically said ‘the warehouse said they only got one’ - sorry? Does the warehouse unpack my items and keep them separate to everyone else’s so they could go back and check this? How do they know they didn’t just miss off something from my box? They are now refusing my refund and giving me no evidence it wasn’t received. Secondly - the item I kept is falling apart! It’s so flimsy at the seams. I purposely bought a size a little too big for an oversized look but it’s literally falling apart.
I used to think Pretty Lavish was a slightly higher end clothing store but now just think they are trying to make things as cheaply as possible and their customer service is terrible. I won’t be using them again.
