I ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom on 5 June. I needed quickly so paid for express delivery which should have been delivered on 19 June. It arrived a week later on 27 June, she fitted it and it was too small. I sent a refund request through, as per the online instructions, before you’re allowed to post it back. I’ve contacted them through every online presence and their telephone number and had no response. This no-response is a handy method of delivering no customer service at all.

This company refuses to refund a dress that was bought for a school ball. It did not arrive and now they are refusing to refund. Are they a scamming lot. Please be warned, do not buy from them.

When I evenutally received (took nearly 9 weeks) the dress I had paid >£65 for it was nothing like the picture. The colour was a bright block colour of purple, not a marl heather and the material was horrible, cheap and thoroughly tacky. The fit is bad and generally looks nothing like the picture that advertised it. I will never buy from this company again and strongly suggest all avoid it.

Does not deserve even a star however that’s the only way I could write a review. Bought a dress for £65 from this company, dress arrived about 5weeks later completely different from what was advertised. Very cheap material, bad stitching, bigger than size bought although tag said medium. Contacted prettyunik who tried to offer some refund to keep item however item not worth keeping. Returned to home address in London where it was signed for however did not receive refund as promised. Automated message from ‘customer service’ advicing of refund with 5-7 days. Refund still not received, scam !!!. Please donot fall victim

Don't buy from here!!! Dress arrived 6 weeks after ordering!! I paid a total of £85 (with a tip included as I'm kind). When it eventually arrived the colour was not as described. Returned it as per instructions and received a refund of £27! I had to pay return postage too so £21 refund. An absolute joke, online fraud and scammers! Will be reported and won't settle until I get a full refund.

I placed an order with them on the 25th Jan 2025, with their delivery stating 9-16 business, I gave a few days extra but nothing appeared not even a notification as to when it would be delivered. I sent several e-mails to no avail, so I cancelled my order and now they are totally ignoring me. I even called their number and guess what; their answer machine came up with a different name of Heyfille. I sense there is more to this and will give them a few more days to respond before I take further action.

Don’t order from this company. Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered!!

Ordered a ‘chiffon’ dress for a wedding on 22/1/25 the order said 6 to 9 days for delivery … waiting … waiting … emailed to chase and they just sent back a shipping confirmation which I tried to use to track my parcel and realised it was coming from China!! I used their size chart when I ordered and chose large which is meant to be 14/16 uk size.

Waiting … waiting … waiting! It arrive this morning - 17/2/25 - almost 4 weeks later! The material and stitching is definitely not what I was expecting and the colours aren’t quite as nice either - I attempted to try it on and I can’t get it past my knees!!! Checked and the packet said Large but it obviously wasn’t!! My daughter tried it on and she’s an 8/10 uk and could just get it on!! I’m so sick and tired of companies like this providing shoddy goods taking ages to come. I will no longer be ordering anything online! What a waste of my money and time!!

Scam artists! Do not order. I returned an item around £50 and have never received my refund. I contact them but I don't even get a reply

Do not use this website its complete scam. I ordered two dresses that took five weeks to arrive after trying to contact them several times they finally replied after I opened a PayPal case. To which i returned the items to a home address, recorded delivery! This is a scam the items where photographed being signed for infront of a home address!! Company is registered having one employee!! They received these items in Nov to which they kept saying they will refund me. It’s now end of January no refund and they are not replying to my messages. Complete SCAM I am now £60 down

Ordered a dress for 100€. Ive been messaging them and calling them but i just wont come through. I read the other reviews now and this is excactly what is happening to me. Im not rich or anything so 100€ is a lot of money for me.. I really dont know what to do anymore.. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE!!

I ordered two dresses 10 days ago under the impression it would be processed within 5 days maximum as stated and paid for express shipping which is 7 business days. When tracking the dress I noticed it said waiting fulfilment which means it has not been picked or packed or processed at all. I have sent multiple e-mails over the last 3 days and contacted the web chat and instagram page and they are ignoring me!! Upon further digging trust pilot reviews revealed that this website are scammers and never reply or refund or deliver/deliver on time even when paying extra and if you google the address it's a house in London. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Have reported them as scammers and reported to my bank.

It’s a scam. No customer service whatsoever. I bought a dress about a week ago on 15th September 2024. Not heard back in terms of shipping confirmation. Unable to track item purchased and no answer from customer services when I’ve made an enquiry. You’ve taken my money and not delivered my item purchased. Shame on you. I brought a dress on a website, and the buyer was being sketchy. Like it didn’t come for ages so I messaged them on the tracker app called shop asking them where it is. They took a few days to reply but then said it was on its way right. It never came so I messaged them again and they now said it’s not available in the selected colour? Should they have not said that when listing the item. It’s misleading. Now they’ve said I’m getting an immediate refund and It should go in today but it’s been cleared on their end apparently and nothing has gone in so I’m confused?

UPDATE: I’ve been blocked from messaging them, still no refund has came through. Scammers.

Stop deleting my review, I’ll just keep coming back mate. This is being investigated too :)

Horrendous experience I returned dress but have not received refund and they are not communicating at all. They have my money and the dress back so win win for them. They shouldn't get away with this

Absolute scam. My dad ordered a coat for my birthday for over 50 pounds! Usually don’t order from companies we don’t know but thought I’d take the chance as I
Couldn’t find a coat like it elsewhere! WISH I’D READ THE REVIEWS!!!! After 2 weeks the coat hadn’t turned up they had ignored all of my dads emails so I messaged them via Instagram where they told me they didn’t have my coat in black and would I like it in grey, I told them no and asked for a refund they told me they would process it for me. They never did they kept saying they’d do it but we still didn’t even get an email back or our refund. Absolutely disgusting, taking peoples money. Never order from here!

No delivery, no communication or response to emails, basically it would appear they have simply stolen my money! Avoid this company.

The worst experience I ever had online shopping!!!! Please never buy from this shop!!! That will send wrong item, then require pay extra for return - promise to refund in full … AND YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET ANY PENNY BACK from them!!!! No communication, rude, and no responses once you inform that return is posted back to them!!!!

Be aware - Scams

My partner wanted a fur coat for Christmas and it did not arrive since, despite the amount of emails i have sent to them and they keep coming back to me with a macro template email saying to provide an order number which was always in the subject email and on the inbox highlighted with my full address but clearly this is a scam. I have given up on the email so i have rang the official number on the site and it was an indian woman on the phone pretending to be stupid!

I have now requested my bank to deal with this matter and changed my bank details.
This makes me so mad how many Indian people are scamming the world, i will end up being a racist person towards Indian soon.

I found a way to get my money back, tell the bank that you have been scammed and the bank will give you back your money and deal with the scammers. they keep insisting on sending me a dress that I don't want and they wrote that they won't refund the money
