EVERY PERSON READING THIS BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. THEY ARE UNFORTUNATELY TRUE. I BOUGHT SOME OVER THE KNEE BOOTS THAT ARRIVED FROM CHINA WHICH TOOK 2 to 3 WEEKS TO ARRIVE!! EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 10 DAYS. ONCE I GOT THEM THEY WERE NOT AS EXPECTED. I BEGAN THE RETURN THROUGH EMAILS, this is where it got weird for me, THEY INSISTED I KEEP THE BOOTS WITH 20 - 30% COMPENSATION WHICH I DECLINED. I WAS TOLD TO RETURN THEM TO A UK ADDRESS INSTEAD. THEY RECEIVED THE GOODS NEXT DAY. I NEVER RETRIEVED THE REFUND THROUGH THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WOULD COME THROUGH IN 5-7 DAYS. Basically it's like this they are NOT a registered company as trading standards would of been able to close them down. They order the item(s) you buy from a international company with your money then its shipped from that company to your address provided. They keep your money as a profit and you can send as many emails as you want but your best bet is to contact your bank and claim the money back as non receipt of goods. Keep all information emails , return postage receipts for your proof of purchase and return. Its funny they are located in Feltham area, really they should be located inside Feltham prison. Criminals stealing money from the public in a sophisticated way. The bank has done my claim I will be getting my money back within 72 hours.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I’m still waiting for my refund they said it will be 7-10 working days it’s been a month now and nothing and now they are avoiding my emails!!! Please do not buy from them

I purchased a dress £125 7th august, it took weeks to arrive , it did not fit the sizing is very small and to get the details to return was difficult, they kept offering me very small % , over 3 emails from 10% to 20% discounts to keep over a number of weeks , it didn’t fit no discount was wanted just my money back , eventually they sent me return details, the postage cost me £12, I tracked the parcel & they received it back 10th September and I had proof they received it , it’s now 28th October and after numerous emails to them they still have not refunded me , one email was sent to say they will send the payment on 8th October , that did not happen and my last emails not replied to and still no refund , I don’t normally leave reviews but I would not buy from this company , under sized products , poor return service and the loss of money ,
I’m seeking advise how to recover the £125 now plus I paid £12 to return the dress , it’s the Worst on line experience and a company not to be trusted,
Since writing this I sent another email and on 29th October i received an email asking me to be ‘patient’ .. , never had a company before say this when I am owed money .. i am lost for words after getting that email .. I think it says it all about this company !

I want to warn everyone not to buy from here, I bought a fur coat which looks amazing on the site. It smells awful and looks nothing like the site, it looks cheap and thin fur, absolute scam of a country that ships straight from China, and there’s too many of these types of companies now.

Horrible clothes and a scam , no return instructions no reply to emails so left with garment I don’t want and no way of returning it. Instagram full of the same horror stories do not buy from these people someone should close them down this has to be illegal and against trading standards

Thigh length leather boots, now there’s stretch of the imagination. Made of some cheap nasty material.

Took 17 days to arrive from order they say 14. Poorly packed and the tracking App was shocking.

Do yourself a favour avoid this cheap nasty nasty company and look for better quality on the web

AVOID!! Do Not Buy from this company!!! Been waiting two months for a refund. Not replying to emails or facebook messages.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will not refund a dress bought through Klarna and Klarna is no help either do avoid avoid avoid it’s been 5 months of nightmare and time wasted trying to get a refund sorted still not sorted but trading standards will be involved going forward is a disgrace

Absolute scam artists! I eventually got a return address to send my items back. I returned myself via UPS and I have full proof delivery. But still not had a refund of any kind, after many email chasers…I sent it back it April!!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!! Nobody buy anything from this website. I ordered a coat they sent me the wrong item that wasn’t cheap. I then emailed them because it didn’t have a return address it just said you had to email them for a return address which is what I did, I emailed them twice and then messaged them on Instagram I got a 2 word reply and then nothing since. They are disgusting. So if you buy something from here you won’t get a refund because they won’t give you a delivery address to send it back. I have now emailed them again and messaged them on Instagram and threatened them with trading standards I still have not had a reply so I will be taking it further.

This is a scam. No one need not order from them. I paid £134 for a dress and expedited the delivery since July! It was meant to have been delivered within 5 working days since it was expedited. There’s no telephone contact just emails. I’ve sent them 6 emails for the refund of my money but nothing has/is happening. They are a Chinese company but lied they are in the UK etc…….rogues, cheats, fraudsters!!!

I ordrerd a dress, it arrived not as described 4 weeks later, very poor quality and a completely different colour, trying to return the dress was an absolute nightmare. They would not respond to my emails, until I started telling them about my consumer rights and when they did there was no common courtesy ie Dear, Good Morning, Good Afternoon, kind regards, no salutations etc... They reluctantly gave me a postal address to return the dress to, which was a residential address as I googled it due to their stance. I sent the dress, via first class recorded delivery. They claimed not to have received it, it went on for several weeks and the stress caused was unacceptable, I contacted TRADING STANDARDS, My Bank & a solicitor as I was not going to be put at a financial disadvantage with their scamming. I copied them into my emails to Trading Standards etc... and included a link to the awful reviews, that I regretably should of read first prior to ordering a dress from them. They all of a sudden started to cooperate and finally refunded my money, as they clearly did not want to be investiagted. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. The bad reviews are genuine, the good reviews are fake, I can relate to a lot of the bad reviews particularly relating to trying to obtain a refund. I told them that my review would not be glowing and people needed to know that they are SCAMMERS dont put yourself through the stress of being scammed!!!!!!! Be Careful!!!!!!!

The site is a scam, I ordered two dresses since April 2022, it’s now Aug 2022, I have been sending emails back and forth and they insisting they delivered the item, which is a big lie. It appear that they based in China, which was also misleading, as the site came across as UK, I reported this back to Klarna since May, but Klarna held on for a while and suddenly also is expecting me to pay for clothes.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a dress and had to make countless follow ups as it hasn’t arrived within the stipulated time. They then sent me the wrong dress and I emailed to tell them this and also requested for a refund as I was tired of the back and forth of emails. They insisted I paid for postage in order to send them the dress and for them to process the refund. Like seriously, why expect me to pay for postage yet you made the error. To this day, I still haven’t received my refund. Very poor customer service! I’m a truly disappointed first time customer. Never again will I buy from this website. But at your own risk!!!!

All I can say is buyer beware
the customer service is diarrhea.
The images on the website is misleading compared to the knock off version you receive.
The clothes are more expensive than they deserve to be
Delivery is a madness expect it in a month.
Oh yh and I'm still waiting on a refund and ive already sent back both dresses. As a tip to you if you purchase don't go through laybuy or any of the other buy now pay in 6 stages because it's just as long trying to get your money back. Pay directly from your bank account they will refund and run an investigation with the company.

DO NOT BUY! I ordered a dress that had a cut out neck,split with ruffles. What I received was a plain black dress but was made to send it back and pay for postage. Sent a few emails and still haven’t received a an apology. Won’t be buying again!

I strongly urge you to avoid this company at all odds!
They never delivered my dress and I am still fighting for a full refund.
The customer service is almost non existent and after waiting and waiting on the time they said my refund would be deposited- still nothing!

ordered 3 items but only 2 were delivered.
emailed them to advise one dress missing and that the other 2 dress will be sent back, they advised it was their fault for the missing dress and will refund. this was beginning of May, items have been sent back and have been received, but I am still waiting for a full refund. Registered address states its in the UK but my emails are always replied not in UK time

shame my daughter didn't read the reviews before placing an order.

They do not reply to you to give you the details to return items. Paid for something nothing like the picture... Rags from China and took my hard earned money... Scam merchants do not buy from them report to action fraud
