DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! They will not honour the returns policy and the quality of what they sell is nothing like the pictures on the website. The quality is shocking and pictures are totally misleading. I am now calling trading standards as this company has to be stopped !!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!
My daughter ordered the same dress in 2 sizes as she is between sizes.
One fitted and the other we returned. Before providing return details they tried to fob us off with a cut price offer if we kept the second which made me suspicious.
We finally were given return details and I sent the package signed for, and took photos for evidence.
Two weeks later still no refund and just a general email to say we'd get a refund in a few days when we asked what was going on.
Another week later and still no email.
Only received a refund after threatening to tell trading standasrds, go on social media to talk about how bad their customer service was and ultimately take them to small claims court.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Just reported this company to Trading Standards.

Seller refusing to refund, my credit card have compensated me.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and I was horrified by the quality of the material and I ordered 2 sizes bigger than she is as I could have the dress taylored here but actually it was 3 sizes too small, returned the item back to London but 10 days later they denied receiving the dress back and I have a signature and date time on the tracking, angry

Never ever buy from here. Dress was terrible quality and I’m STILL wrestling with customer service to get a refund

Ordered 2 dresses, one arrived. Terrible quality so after several requests for returns info eventually received email and returned dress. Googled address given and its a rough looking semi in Thetford? Still trying to get a refund... Thieves & Scammers!!!

Do not use this awful company. Returned the item and no refund even though they were emailing me that they would refund.

Absolutely ridiculous company to deal with. I bought some trainers in January which took over a week to be delivered anyways trainers look just like pics however I got a size 4 instead of a size 5 from the moment I saw this I contacted to company straight away originally I was going to post the shoes back and re order a size 5. It’s been 2 week and still no reply. I have contacted them again but don’t know if I will get a reply. As I paid with PayPal I have now opened a case but if prettyunik think they are just going to keep my £28 they are mistaken.. WHAT A BLOODY JOKE PERSONALLY I WILL NOT RECOMMEND

Well where do I begin!!! to be honest when i looked at the website and the models it all looked to good to be true. Models with a size 4 waist and super toned bottoms advertising stylish clothes for a below reasonable price. I had been looking for the style of jumpsuit that they were advertising and took a deep breath and took the plunge praying that I would get lucky. A few weeks later I recieved my package and excitedly rushed into my bedroom to try on my outfit in front of my full length mirror. On opening the package three yellow coloured rags fell to the floor,instead of a jumpsuit I was sent wide legs trousers made out of material of poor quality and a crop top that for my 50 years of age despite looking 30 I would not be seen out in for fear of ridicule and a belt like a string. I emailed the company to complain and was promised a refund but I am not holding my breath. Please avoid and if it looks to good to be true then it is. This so called company is probably 2 people who run a back end market stall with a dodgy website!!!!

Scammers. I purchased a dress from them, when it arrived it was completely different to the photo so I returned it after emailing their help services. I provided a reference number for the returned package and then the help service stopped communicating with me. No refund received. Complete scammers.

Quality of clothing isn’t the best.
I was told I had to post the returns to China even though they have a office in London and now still chasing a refund from August! Disgusting. The company needs to be closed down so no one else suffers from their terrible service!

I ordered a hoodie from here and havent recieved any updates on my order, and it’s been over the expected delivery date. I’ve also messaged them on different platforms (email and Facebook) and they have not replied to either.
