No real customer service. No refund.

No contact from Prezzybox but send me an email to ask for a trust pilot review. So here it is.

No real customer service. I had a custom gift delivered that was printed incorrectly. Struggled to find a contact number as it refers to a partner company.

Spoke to customer services, they couldn't do much as they deal with 3rd party companies and they are the mediator. So no direct contact with the supplier.

They said they would contact me via email with an update. This was a week ago. No contact, no mediation, no refund

So.....not good really. So ive binned this gift and cut my losses and brought another gift instead.

When thing go right, good company. When things go wrong no interest at all.
Sad really. I will use AMAZON in future. Yeah you pay more but they have a responsive customer service when things go wrong.

Ridiculously overpriced

Purchased from here once but will not return. Pretty much everything they sell is ridiculously overpriced and available elsewhere at less than half the prize Prezzybox will charge you, barring any products which are exclusive to prezzybox obviously.

Order didn't arrive

My order never arrived so I had to go to Amazon instead. Now I've got to wait for god knows how long to get my money back. Won't be using again.

Great to order from Australia to UK

I order from Prezzybox from Australia to my UK family. Only issue is the default country stays Australia, despite entering a UK address, but can be resolved by paying through PayPal, which I don't really like to do.
Orders alway arrive quickly, within a few days and great quality products.
