I was in your glasgow st enochs store on the 4th of December and bought a gift for a family member , a starwars stormtrooper decanter, the item was wrongly priced so was charged £25 instead of the £20 the item was , so the cashier refunded me for the £25 and then recharged me for the £20 and said my refund would be back in my sccount in 5 working days , that was all fine till I got home and checked my bank to see i had been charged twice for the £25 not once so I contacted your customer service, the person I spoke to was nice and had me email in screenshots from my bank and also the receipts, but the response after that had been terrible , they are saying that I should have had 2 receipts for both £25 transactions when I was only given one as i only bought one item and even 7 days on I still haven't had the £25 refund either , the service from this company is absolutely shocking never dealt with such a terrible company before and would like this sorted as i can't really afford to be loosing £50 at christmas. If you have cctv in the Glasgow shop you could check back the cctv and you'll see I was only given 3 receipts in total , one for the initial £25 then one for the refund of the £25 and then another for the £20 , i wasn't given 4 receipts as youve stated on emails. I just think this is a terrible way to treat your customers.
