Spoke to a lady in there customer service as bought a candle through amazon and the measurements where massively incorrect.
The lady was not interested at all hence this review, I hope she doesn’t deal with many customers as Prices won’t have any, shocking absolutely shocking

Sadly too many factory workers have chest issues after working in their factories.

Best candles around, the scents are far superior to anything else on the market I.e Yankee’s or anything. 5* service, 5* packaging, 5* candles at a 5* price!

The kitchen candles have been reduced in diameter and do not fit standard candle holders and so are not fit for purpose - they just slip through - utterly hopeless

Being a 81 year old female, recuperating from hospital procedures, I wanted citronella candles, so I could enjoy the garden. Not realising your shop was not open I turned up and was greeted by the lady Paula. Paula was so helpful and accommodating, was so helpful and lovely

I bought a box of dinner candles from Amazon, they are hopeless wax drops off them everywhere. It builds up at the top and then falls off .

I bought two Prices scented candles in jars from our local garden centre. I have to say that I’m hugely disappointed. In past years I’ve bought Yankee candles and the smell is noticeable after 5 mins of them being lit. These candles simply don’t smell at all unless you put your nose right next to them. I feel I’ve wasted my money and wonder if this particular batch just didn’t get much fragrance added. 😢

Only came across Prices reed disfusers this year from a retailer and they are the best ones ive ever purchased the fragrances are so fresh and clean just love smelling them last a good while too, got my daughter buying these also.

Really good product, smells beautiful when lit. Candle lasts a good burn time and comes in a really nice gift box. Really pleased with my purchase.

Great candle with beautiful scent of lily of the valley. The candle is lasting well, I light it every night and it burns very slowly. Every bit as good as Yankee candle if not better. I will definitely buy more of these.

I've been buying Price's Candles since the 1980s (maybe the 70s) when I used to buy them at the factory in York Way, London. Now I'm in Gloucestershire I buy online. Same excellent candles, same good servce. Nothing has changed in 50 years.

Fast delivery and well packaged. Love their range of fragrances but just wished the aroma would last in the reed diffusers. Recent purchase was a huge one which smelt divine but sadly it has not lasted despite buying new reeds and the bottle is still half full.

Never had an issue purchasing from this site and the diffusers smell lovely. Long lasting too.

I bought Some Jars from their fragrance range.

I was really happy with the Prices range as their scents are perfect and not too over powering yet give the scent. I was impressed with the amount of hours burn time you get from the candle and that the jar can be reused. I will definitely buy from them again.

I have brought a couple of fresh air candles. And they are amazing exactly what it says on the tin. Order came within 3 - 5 working days from placing the order. Will definitely order again.
