Great customer service and product advice.

We ordered outdoor Quartz Grey 90x60cm porcelain tiles plus PrimaPorcelain's pedestals to make our decking on the roof of a basement room.
The pedestals made the job so easy, and make a solid base for the tiles, which look fabulous.
PrimaPorcelain were really helpful in specifying and supplying our order, and made an extra effort to help us out when we (not they) had miscounted the number of pedestals needed for our odd shaped deck.
Tiles arrived quickly and completely perfect, so I can't praise this supplier highly enough.

They couldn't have been more helpful with sending samples and the end product. They also liaised with my contractor to get exactly the right number of tiles. On delivery one tile was broken but I had enough so I didn't feel the need to report this. The range of products was very good and so were the prices. I'm a very satisfied customer

We were very pleased with the tiles and the buying process. They tiles were a very reasonable price too. Prima porcelain also assisted with advice on how to lay and the pointing. Very satisfied with the end result a lovely mottled concrete grey.

Great product, great service

I ordered 350 square meters of Limestone Grey Porcelain 600x600 outdoor tiles. They look fantastic and are high quality tiles. Ordering such a large amount comes with its own complications re delivery however Ruslan was a superstar through the purchasing and delivery process. He was very professional, had great communication throughout and made sure that the tiles were delivered promptly. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Rus if you’d like a superb service.

We initially ordered some tile samples and they came really quickly then we spent a good few days deciding what we wanted

Once we had an idea we spoke to Ruslan who was so helpful and put absolutely no sales pressure on us at all. We ended up going for a more expensive tile that Ruslan gave us a really good discount on

We ordered and paid for the tiles late on Friday evening and Ruslan contacted us first thing Monday with a delivery date of Wednesday.

The tiles ended up being a day late but this wasn’t anything to do with Prima Porcelain - it was the delivery company and Ruslan did everything he could to find out why they were late

My husband installed the patio himself and we are absolutely over the moon - the tiles are absolutely amazing.

We have another area to be tiled and we’ll def be using Prima Porcelain for this project

Ordered approx 50m2 Roma Grey Tiles which arrived next day and all intact. Efficient service and resonably priced products. Would definately recommend and use again.

I have ordered three times now, to finish my project over two years. Using concrete silver procelain tiles for the back and front of my Bungalow. I had excellent service from the team from order to delivery and have also been very please with the tiles.

Nice product and good delivery process but we did have to wait for the patio trim for a while. Would recommend.

Prima porcelain provided excellent service from beginning to end. We initially ordered a few samples that arrived quickly and helped us to select our favourite (Limestone Champagne). Once we ordered, we were able to schedule our delivery on the day we wanted to align with the project timescales. I was particularly impressed that Prima Porcelain were always quick to answer my calls and were alway really helpful. I would definitely recommend.
