Ordered on the website. Took four calls and two weeks to be delivered. Complaints ignored three times, once put on hold but they hung up. Fourth call told problem with system so will be dispatched next day.

Easy order, excellent delivery , lovely tiles
Easy to order over the telephone. Delivery was ontime and driver assisted with getting tiles onto property as driveway is on an incline. Not a breakage in any tile so QC must be good and transport. It's taken a while to get them down to to the weather but they look great. Pictures on Website are good representation of the tile.

Great service and a fantastic final result
We found the whole experience of choosing and having the tiles delivered very straightforward and easy.
Melissa was very helpful with advice and on our visit to the showroom we found the staff very helpful and informative. The price was good value and changes in our order were arranged with no issues. Delivery was as smooth as we had hoped and now that the tiles are installed with the indoor outdoor effect we are really happy with the final result.

PavingPlus Porcelain Ivory 20mm slabs
I placed an order via Melissa who was extremely helpful, both with advice in relation to the selected porcelain slabs and the most suitable choice of pedestal. All slabs were promptly delivered and in perfect condition. I particularly liked the way the slabs were well packaged with plastic covers protecting all corners. The delivery man was extremely polite and helpful. Laying the slides on to the pedestals was relatively easy and there were no noticeable colour variations. There was minimal cutting required but this was achieved quite easily using a suitable porcelain cutting disc. I'm very happy with the finished result.

We purchased porcelain tiles for our Gargen
We purchased porcelain tiles for our garden and the result and finish is stunning. The quality of the tile is second to none. Even the tradesmen said they were great to lay and would recommend their customers to the product.
The customer service from Green Squares was welcoming and very helpful towards choosing the right Tile for our Garden. It’s our second time purchasing products and certainly won’t be the last.

Beautiful white porcelain tiles.
Absolutely over the moon with our white porcelain tiles. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for this company. They told us when they would be arriving and they arrived on time. The delivery drivers were really helpful and put them where we wanted them to go. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and pleasant. It took us sometime to get them finished but they are worth waiting for. Can’t recommend them enough will definitely use them again. I have put the date the project was finished because we have had them some time due to building problems so I decided I would review them when I had a photo to show how nice they are.

Prima Porcelain - An Excellent experience.
We selected Prima Porcelain as we needed a matching 20mm out door patio tile and indoor 10mm tile and few other seemed to offer this product range. The colour and pattern match was exact. The company was easy to deal with with clear communication and the product quality is very good, and prompt delivery.

We purchased 150 Milano Moon White…
We purchased 150 Milano Moon White 90x90cm tiles and from the start of our enquiry to the final delivery the team at Prima Porcelain were outstanding. It was a large order and due to our location and sloping driveway a forklift was required to offload the pallets. This was all arranged and the delivery completed with the tiles deposited exactly where we needed them. We are delighted with the quality of the tiles and the response we received when we reported 5 cracked tiles - they were immediately replaced with no question. I have already recommended them to family and friends!
