Excellent customer service!
We were looking for a light grey porcelain tile for our garden and after receiving samples from Prima Porcelain, unfortunately they were not what we were looking for. However, Melissa Roberts in customer service went above and beyond to help us find something that was suitable and suggested the "new slate white" tiles (which I would never have found on the website, as I was filtering by "Grey"!) which were perfect! Melissa sent us a number of photos via Whatsapp after I was asking to see photos of different tiles and her communication was excellent. Thank you Prima Porcelain, we are very pleased with our tiles and with the service that we received!

New Patios and steps
We have recently completed a project to build a new extension and completely revamp our patio areas. The Porcelain paving slabs we received from Prima Porcelain were top quality and supplied at a great price. They also gave us some free sample slabs prior to purchasing so we could assess the best colours. Fabulous service.
