Final product is exactly what we wanted and fits in really well with the design and feel of our new house. There were some issues around supply, however we can forgive when the clay comes from Ukraine! This was sorted out and we are very pleased with the look and quality of the tiles.

Great product price and customer service.

Needed some more of the same for another area, Melissa got the order sorted and arranged delivery.
There own driver brought them up this time, he was very helpful, happy to carry them into the garage with me.
Would definitely use them a 3rd time if needed !

Forest Grey 20mm Porcelain Paving 300 x 1200mm
I ordered these tiles for a large patio in my garden.
Customer service was very good to begin.
They were only to pleased to take my money. Delivery was also fine.
But after laying these tiles in brickwork form, all of the tiles bowed in the middle.
In the description it said you could lay the tiles in 8 different formats. So this was not the problem.
This is when my problems began. Customer service now awful. They replied saying there was a tolerance of 4.5mm because the tiles were 1200mm long.
There was no mention of this in their description, prior to laying them. The tiles are extremely heavy, so there is no way they will bow of their own accord.
It must be a manufacturing fault. I’m afraid Prima Porcelain refuses to give a refund.
The patio has to be dug up, and laid again with other paving slabs, definitely not these again.
So I will be spending double the amount of money.
This patio at the moment is a trip hazard, the tiles jut out as your foot can walk into them.
I’m just warning others of the problem with these tiles.

Brilliant service from this company who we used for high quality timbertech decking compared to other makes. Really helpfull staff at the end if the phone.

Recently purchased porcelain outdoor tiles from Ben at their Merthyr Tydfil site. They had a great range of products on display, were very helpful and helped find the best product. Tiles were in stock and we had a great price that was better than all their competitors. Great service and great products, I would highly recommend a visit.

Tiles were ok but customer service awful. They lead me along with the promise of a voucher which was never provided.

Excellent service, very easy to deal with and the tiles are exactly what I wanted.

I highly recommend PrimaPorcelain. We bought our porcelain paving slabs from them and I have to say the service was fantastic. Luke was extremely helpful and then organised for Ruslan at the Cardiff office to video call us so that we could see different slabs. Ruslan was amazing and did a marvellous job of showcasing the various slabs over video. We had the poor guy run ragged but he did it all with great humour and nothing was too much trouble. The product itself is brilliant and looks fantastic. Great quality and quick delivery. Our patio is now my favourite part of our home. Thanks so much to Luke and Ruslan for all their help.

We needed Porcelain Tiles to complete our large project in Essex. The original installer had only half completed in 2021. After tracking down their supplier - Prima Porcelain - we were very impressed with their product range and service, particularly Melissa Roberts who helped us choose a suitable alternative to complement the Balconies already installed in the now discontinued product. We would recommend this company and will use them again in the future
