We are really pleased with the Sahara tiles we used for our hearth. We have built a false chimney breast, ready for a log burner to be fitted.
The service we received was great, from the free samples to the delivery.
We would definitely recommend PrimaPorcelain.

Most helpfull staff member was unsure about online order so ordered over phone recommend this firm to family and friends. Delivery company were very good put the pallet just where I wanted. Patio slabs much better than I thought.

We bought porcelaine tiles for our new patios and linking paths. The process was simple, sound advice provided by Ruslan whenever needed, delivery first class and quality of the product excellent.

I've used Prima Porcelain for their indoor and outdoor tile range and have been very impressed. I found them to be easy to deal and their delivery service to be on time, polite and courteous. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Prima Porcelain.

This was the first time using them and they were first rate from start to finish. They arrange prompt delivery of samples. When the slabs were delivered they were package so well we had no damaged ones. Overall we are very impressed and will recommend them to our customers again

Excellent service deserving five star service from Ruslan Andreev - Ruslan understood my requirement and was very helpful about other information around materials for installation. Free samples were delivered fast . He even provided names of installers in the area. The packaging was very impressive . His paperwork was very accurate and no matter how busy he was, he would always return the calls .Have deducted one star for delivery service where the delivery company was supposed to give a call at least an hour earlier but this did not happen and driver was unaware of delivery place although Ruslan had communicated this.

Absolutely delighted with the tiles and the finished patio/path. Luke was great at helping us choose the perfect tile. I was also very impressed at how quickly my emails were answered and also the speed of delivery, email

We have used this company many times before,as always the porcelain paving and the composite decking was very reasonably priced and of good quality.
What is the stand out for me was the prompt polite service and speed of delivery, materials were delivered within a very short timeframe which is very useful in todays world

Prima we’re great from initial enquiry, to making and appointment to view the products, then assisting in the quantity to order and keeping me updated on delivery.

I have used Prima Porcelain 3 or 4 times now for different jobs and have always found them very competitive on price, great quality and the deliveries have always been quick and accurate.

The products I’ve used are great quality and look great when laid.

The customer service we received when we rang to order our tiles was excellent & they were delivered in a few days. I would definitely recommend them for purchasing tiles.

Really bad service and poor quality materials.
Product supplied has fallen apart in a matter of months. Company doesn't care and wont return emails or calls.
Would avoid with a barge pole.
Had to give them 1 star in order for this to work otherwise I would have left it blank.
Waiting for two years now, terrible service.
Legal steps now being taken.
