Excellent quality and a speedy and efficient service

We were recommended Primaporcelain by a family member and it most definitely was the right choice, fantastic quality and good value with excellent service. Highly recommended very pleased with our finished product indeed.

I am so delighted with the Sahara Stoneware tiles from Prima Porcelain which are laid throughout my kitchen, dining area and 2 patios that I’m ordering more for the garden. It was excellent value, superb quality, and the service was brilliant. I would highly recommend this company.

We decided on a porcelain tile for our new patio and came across Prima Porcelain so ordered the samples which came within a few days.
We then made an order which was really easy and the team sent them through really promptly.

We are very pleased with our purchase. We were having a complete garden overall and purchased porcelain tiles for the patio. Very good quality and look so good, even the workman commented on the quality. Would highly recommend and are pleased with the end result.

I bought Deck Plus composite decking here and had a very competitive price. The product was good, although the system does not have a good finishing edge trim.
The customer service has been excellent with a response to questions normally in the same day by email or immediate by phone.
I intend to use the same company for my next project.

I have used Prima Porcelain on a couple of occasions and I am so impressed with their service and their products. Samples arrived very promptly with follow up calls to see if any further assistance was needed. In the past I have had lots of questions which have always been dealt with professionally and in a very friendly and helpful manner. I cannot fault the personal service. The products speak for themselves and are extremely high quality. I have no difficulty in highly recommending Prima Porcelain and if I have another project that requires paving I will definitely use this company.

We are very happy with my prima porcelain with the service experience we have had, from receiving my samples to ordering my patio tiles. Everything was straightforward, packaged securely and protected, with no damage, the tiles are of great quality and look fantastic. I used more than anticipated so had to order some extra but this was hassle free. When people see the patio for the first time they comment how great it looks. We are very happy with my new patio and garden.

I recently ordered PavingPlus 20mm Buxton Dark Paving for my balcony floor. The customer service I received was excellent, very informative and helpful. I was delighted when the tiles arrived, they were delivered on schedule and the quality was exceptional. I will definitely order for this company again.
