Laid 42 Buxton light to replace old concrete slabs, what a difference. We are very pleased with the result and together with the artificial lawn has given us a lovely back garden which is also very practical.

Very happy with my prima porcelain experience, from receiving my samples to ordering my patio tiles. Everything was straightforward, packaged properly with no damage, the tiles are of great quality and look fantastic. I used more than anticipated so had to order some extra but this was hassle free. Very happy with my new patio and garden.

So happy with our new patio tiles from Primaporcelain. Great service was provided from GreenSquares who have kept us updated/informed at every step of the way. They even contacted us to send a sample first to ensure we were happy with their product after the order. The Limestone Ivory tiles also look fantastic in our garden and have really transformed the space.

A good response to my enquiry regarding tiles and pedestals which I ordered and used with great success using 60 sq m of tiles. Tiles have been down 18 months which are easy to clean( bird droppings) and do not go green in the winter as all other patio product suffer from.

Was looking to cover big area nearly (100m2) on a very short notice as I was let down by a different supplier. I was on a budget for this project and was looking for a cost effective approach and durable product with good slip and frost prove features. Dealt with Reece, very knowledgeable consultant who turned this nightmare around for me! Reece suggested Buxton Dark for my budget. Extremely impressed by how quickly the order got to me. Tile has a unique smoky design with textures grip at a very fair price! Just what I was looking for! Thank you Reece for all your help and support. He helped me find not only a product that suited my needs but assisted with efficient communication.

Recently bought their Timbertech premium composite and I love it! Dealt with Ben who was extremely helpful. He looked after me and assisted with every step of the way. I was looking to combine my decking with stone. Glad I've been introduced to porcelain. Purchased Italian Travertine Grey to complement the Sea Salt I purchased last week. Tiles arrived within 3 days and look amazing! Looking forward sending the pictures over! Thanks again!

The Henley Black tiles that we ordered look fantastic!

Would I have porcelain tiles again - NO.  Did a lot of research into porcelain tiles and they came out as the best thing since sliced bread, however, I think differently.  We got them because they were supposed to make life easier in our mature years, yet they have made life so much more difficult.  Every mark is shown, all metal furniture leaves a rust stain, constantly washing down.  You have to physically get down and rub the marks off.

As for laying them, think you are carrying a 23kg sheet of glass, they chip easily if you are not careful but luckily when down you would have to look for the chips. 

We ordered the Cotswold Ivory (aka Burlington Ivory), they arrive very well packed.  I personally felt a little bit under pressure from Primaporcelain to buy as the sales rep. informed me that he should really put the price up for this tile, however, 3 months down the line the price remains the same, so a little bit naughty.  I also booked a delivery date and they didn't turn up (my partner having a day off work), yet I was informed that it wasn't their fault as they had left their warehouse and they couldn't be held responsible for a third party, however my purchase was direct with Primaporcelain not the third party.

Great service and a no brainer to go for porcelain over natural stones in my view given costs are similar. Cleans so much easier and won’t deteriorate. Just needs a quick annual jet wash (no pre wash chemicals required..)

A great product range and excellent service from order to delivery.

Keep trying to speak to a member of staff. Impossible. Nobody answers the phone, or replys to emails. Very difficult company to get in touch with. I was going to place a large order but if they can't get the initial ordering and communication right I probably would be holding my breath for ever for a delivery.

We searched far and wide and couldn't find what we were looking for so just when I almost gave up we found Prima Porcelain and Luke took the call and was more than helpful. I had trouble placing the order initially due to broadband issue my end and the order was placed then next day. Luke could only process the order on the Monday which put us back as it takes a full week for deliveries so we would have missed the Bank Holiday weekend. The goods arrived within 4 days and we can start the final sections on target. The driver was also good very polite and helpful so good experience all round.

The service I received was excellent. They always followed up with calls when they said and sent me the samples I requested quickly. The tiles arrived when stated and look great. 3 months later and they still look as good

Excellent quality tiles but not cheap so a good quality tiler required as was ours , very pleased with the result. Top tip make sure you have ordered enough as we had to order another box but was charged the same delivery charge as the main order which we thought was a bit mean considering what we paid for the order, but none the less very pleased with the tiles.

I'm a professional landscaper and I have used prima porcelain a couple of times.
Always good service and products have arrived in good condition.

We bought slate riven black tiles from PrimaPorcelain in Slough and were super happy with everything - excellent quality product (even now during this bad rainy weather the tiles look just amazing, no need to clean them and everyone loves them!), competitive prices, delivery was very quick (within 2 days- item was in stock); really outstanding customer service and advice received from Dimitar - thank you, will shop again!

PrimaPorcelain came up trumps when we found four slabs were broken deep inside one of the pallets. Dimitar from the sales team and subsequently Michele from distribution organised replacements which were delivered as soon as possible so the landscapers could finish the job on time.
We have found the product and the customer service we received to be first class from beginning to end.
We will have no hesitation in recommending PrimaPorcelain to anyone in the future.
