No refund received after 6 weeks of their offer.
It has now been 6 weeks since primaPorcelain emailed me and offered to refund me with £100.00 due to the late delivery of tiles. I accepted their offer of refund 6 weeks ago and despite sending them 2 reminders i still have not received any refund. My second reminder to them was not responded to. I will update this review when/if i ever receive the promised refund.

Reece Walters could not have been more helpful. We built a new house and required tiles for both inside and outside. We made many visits to the Cardiff showroom and Reece was always on hand to help and advise. We incorrectly estimated the number of tiles required for one area of the house and Reece obtained an express delivery so that the tilers were not kept waiting.A first rate service and excellent products.

Couldnt believe i could install 32sq m outdoors on hardcore and pedestals...no cement needed.
Did it all myself, but had to buy £300 water cooled circular disc cutter to cut through 2cm tiles.
End result looks fab
Used 1cm thick tiles to face off retaining adjoining block wall.

We only had about 60 tiles for our patio and they came on time and undamaged. They look very good and look like a quality product but for the price we paid they absolutly should.

Excellent tiles
Excellent tiles. Look great and customer service was excellent. Broken tiles on delivery were replaced no quibbles.

Really helpful
Dimitar thank you for your help and guidance from day 1 when we were looking at decking and you suggested we could use a custom steel framework with your 20mm and 10mm porcelain tiles to match the interior of the new room with the exterior terrace and sun deck. It looks stunning. Bernie

Do not buy from this company
I ordered porcelain tiles in March. An absolute catalogue of errors meant that I didn’t receive all my tiles until mid August. I was lied to by staff regarding the status of my order and I had to constantly chase to get any information. The products look good, but I would never buy from this company again or recommend them to anyone else.
***edit*** I emailed the sales director and MD in the end, due to no progress and lies from sales team. I finally got my tiles, but even had to chase them. I won’t be contacting Sian, if the company don’t know who I am then I worry how many other customers this review could be written by!!

Too expensive. Will try to get as much money from you as possible.
Though the product is good, but I paid about £100 just for delivery, even when I qualified for free delivery. I only requested the delivery to be on Saturday, and they charged me £75 and then put a VAT on it.
I was told at the time of buying that the price will go up next month. Come next month the prices reduced. It happened 7 days of my purchase. I requested refund against the price drop but since perhaps I have already concluded business with them, they refused.
So they are good before you buy, after you buy they aren't so good.
Update: £75 Delivery charge was advised, but you added VAT on top of that, just to extract more money.
Secondly, your sales team pressure-sold the product to me saying that next month the price will go up. I could have easily waited.
More Update: For all those who are looking for reviews, do not be impressed by the 5* reviews on their site. I did submit my review to their site, which was somewhat negative, and they did not publish it.

We had a composite deck and a porcelain deck installed by prima and the result is incredible. The quality of the products are just not comparable to what we saw elsewhere, and now the decks are down me and the wife are thrilled. The decks look stunning but with no maintenance required and the super long-life guarantee I'm so happy we made the decision to go with Prima.
Thanks you to your team, they were clean, fast and the result is better than we expected. We would highly recommend these products and your company :)

Could not of asked for more.
We had been searching for a while to find paving slabs to go round our house and to create a patio area. i made contact with Prima porcelain via there website and the next day had a call from Gareth Jones who could not have been more helpful, nothing was a problem he gave great advice and in no way was he pushy. arranging samples was easy even when we requested full-size slabs. pricing was the cheapest we could find, delivery was well organised and on time we could not have asked any more from him.
We would definitely recommend you consider this company and would suggest you contact Gareth.

Avoid
We strongly recommend you avoid Prima Porcelain. After placing our order and waiting 3 weeks for delivery we received an email less than 24 hours before the delivery date to tell us the stock had been written off, leaving us to rearrange the builders we had in place. They were hard to get hold of, failed to find us replacements and took another 3 weeks to return our deposit. I work in customer services and rarely have I experience such poor service. We ended up using THE LONDON TILE COMPANY.... A much friendlier, more Reliable and better value company!
