Pas grand chose à acheter mais on s'y attendait..par contre il serait possible d'augmenter leur CA en vendant des sandwichs dans la file d'attente qui mène aux caisses..

Ladies lace sets - Bra size ok, knickers are not.
Ladies, be careful when you are buying the lace sets because the knickers will be too big. I bought a couple of lace sets for my lady friend, she is a 32B but when I got home, she noticed that even though the bra is the correct size, the knickers were not, they are a small but she is xtra small. I went back to see if I had made a mistake but no, all the lace sets are labelled by bra size, I checked all the size 32B sets and they all came with a size small knickers. She liked the sets thus I had to get a size down, checking to make sure the knickers were an XS (xtra small). OK the set's were £7 but had to buy two sets because you cannot buy the knickers separately. So ladies, if you are a size 32B bra but xtra small in knickers, you will have to buy two sets to get the right sized bra and the right sized knickers. Thought I'd let you know so you do not make the same mistake I did.
I hated working for this company
I hated working for this company. Rubbish pay, rubbish hours and a rubbish job! Stop with the temporary rubbish you are a billion dollar company who cannot afford to keep staff! Can’t wait for it to shut down. Poor clothing at extortionate prices! Will never be shopping here again as well as work there! Glad I resigned !
Avoid click and collect
Avoid click and collect. Charge you for items missing from sealed bags. I had a £22 dressing gown missing. Customer service told in October it wasn't there. It's now April no refund or replacement. (How can you prove an item is missing if you didn't get it Primark??!!)
Recommend avoiding click or collect as they are thieves. If you have to check the packages before leaving the store which defeats the object of a quick pick up.
Avoid
Very disappointing experience with Primark Click & Collect.
I was given two parcels but am missing three items I paid for, and even received an item I was told wouldn’t be included. Customer service claimed there was no issue, which is frustrating as this clearly isn’t resolved and they are implying that I am lying.
If you use this service, make sure you check everything before leaving the store.
Worst experience at Primark with MANPREET West Brom
The store manager, MANPREET (WEST BROMWISH), appears to lack spoken English and often presents herself unprofessionally, including wearing a VISIBLY UNCLEAN CARDIGAN. She requires further training on how to handle customer complaints and concerns. She has been observed raising her voice at customers in an attempt to move them away from the till, which leaves people feeling publicly embarrassed. When asked for her name to raise a complaint, she refuses to provide it, sometimes misusing “data protection” context despite her name being displayed on her uniform badge. This behaviour is unprofessional and MIDLEADING. Her conduct, including her dismissive attitude and reluctance to identify herself, risks damaging Primark’s reputation. Immediate action by demoting her and appropriate training are strongly recommended.
Hounded for being upstairs close to closing time
Served by a lovely lady at the till. Got receipt, then realised I’d forgotten something. I appreciate it was close to closing time (I happened to go upstairs, at 5:48), somebody told me you’ve only got a few mins love, I said I appreciate that and said I’ll only be a minute, and I only looked at men’s black shirts for literally a minute.
Another member of staff then hounded me with the security guard, reiterating that you need to make a purchase, this was only 5:53, she was really pushing me to leave the store, to the point that actually felt quite intimidated, she made me feel like she thought I’d stolen something. She literally followed me to the escalator and argued with me, when I explained that I felt hounded.
Really disappointing experience from a member of management I think. Lady’s name was Sarah, Hull store. (18/4/26)

I use a mobility scooter
I use a mobility scooter. I was with my grandkids and daughter in Oldham. Firstly when you're in a scooter you get disgusting looks, people stop in front of you. You feel ignored and kids stare at you. I hate being in it but I need it.
So went shopping and headed to tills. As we approached the front the most lovely cashier ushered us to the very end till. She explained it's wider for scooter/wheelchair use and what i didn't know is... you don't need to queue in the normal line you go to the disabled checkout.
This is fab but I've been in here plenty and joined the queue and promptly blocked the tills with my scooter. No body tells you there is a disabled till. This needs addressing. However the young girl helping was totally lovely. She helped put my bag on the counter, frequently asking if I was OK. Came to pay she took my card and swiped it then placed my bag on my scooter. She then asked if I needed help outside as my daughter had took the kids to the park outside.
This all might not seem much to a able bodied person...(I was one once) but to me it felt like I mattered when I'm generally ignored, scowled or glared at.
Primark please make it known these tills exist. To my lovely girl thankyou.
I called the Coventry branch to ask if…
I called the Coventry branch to ask if they had an item of clothing available, I live in Birmingham so I didn’t want to do a 45 minute drive if it was not in stock, the woman on customer service said that she the item was available and she could hold the item at the clic and collect department until the next morning. When I arrived the next morning a woman on the shop floor rudely informed me that the item was no longer there because they only hold items for 1 hour and she was the person who had put the item of clothing away for me yesterday, stating that she had told her colleague who took the phone call to let me know that she would only hold items until the end of the day. I was then greeted by another nicer more mature woman who asked me what the item of clothing was and she then said that the item was still behind the till. This was not good customer service, the first woman was very rude and challenging without even checking whether the item was still available and she was quite happy to start an argument this was in front of my 7 year old daughter. Moral of the story primark need to vet who they employ, customer service is a key role in Retail!
Rude staff at the Primark Cardiff women’s fitting room
Staff at the women’s fitting room Ms Elle was very rude to me and fellow customers after me. Very insulting tone “Where is the hanger?? Haaanger?? We are not allowed to accept you in fitting room without hanger..” To the customer after me “ Stay there” in a rude tone..
Dogs in shops
After being in the Basingstoke primark shop for 20 minutes I was off to pay when a very rude member of your staff I had to leave because I had my dog with me .. I was totally marred by the tone like I was a criminal
Apparently a Highly Rated "Youth 100"…
Apparently a Highly Rated "Youth 100" list Brand.
But sadly not one that is Digitally up to date with modern buying standards.
One cannot use their own issued Gift Cards to make payment Online ONLY redeemable IN STORE and that is if they even have what you are seeking to buy.
Very sadly many limited availability items are only available online. So you are forced to pay via Credit Card, Paypal, Klarna etc, leaving your Gift Card unused and potentially for you to completely forget about it so that it expires and you forfeit the balance for Primark to add to its already burgeoning coffers.
Nice ploy to mot allow online Gift Card payments, whilst virtually all other retailers do!
I wonder how many students wish to shop online and pay for their order with their Gift Cards given by Family and Friends?!?!?
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, as I was walking into primark one of the mannequins clothing was falling off so I carefully put it back on the menequin and didn’t do anything else however one of the staff walks over and starts shouting at us about how it’s “not a toy” and painting me as a vandal
Then a security guard approaches us and my friend try’s to support me and tell him what happend but the security guard was just being rude and called my friend stupid.
Don’t go here the employees have no social skills and they have the pacience of a snail
I am 12 and this was quite scary for me.
Unreasoned terrible customer service
I’ve never experienced something so stupid and immature from a group of staff before me and my group of friends were walking through town and decided we wanted to go to Primark and as we walked in we noticed a mannequin with clothing on and the clothing was misplaced so my friend decided to put it back in its correct place. We started laughing after we put it in the correct place and one of your staff members decided to come and yell at us and say hey don’t touch with the mannequins they’re not a toy and then they brought over security guard said hey we’re gonna kick you out if you touch anything again which is just insane when my friend was fixing the clothing on the mannequin for the store. I think that this is a seriously bad quality for a store like this and I think that you need to work on your staff training because this is unacceptable customer service.

When shopping with my daughter on 31,3,2026. At 6 pm
I became unwell and really needed the toilet! I’m aware that they don’t have toilets for customers but I wasn’t well and suffer with diabetes amongst other disabilities the girl said no . I asked if I could speak to a manager just to explain she spoke on her ear piece to the man asking if I could have a word with a reply of just tell her no toilets I ask if I could speak to her ! The manager came and I explained my situation she said no !! The girl who I first spoke to was chewing gum all the time I was speaking to her !! Which I think is so disrespectful!!!

I tried to return an item today
I tried to return an item today. I didn't have the receipt but proof of purchase on my bank app. They wouldn't even give me a credit note.
Even though proof of purchase was verified by me walking out the door with no alarms going off. Absolutely ridiculous.

Got a jumper as a gift for my son which didn’t fit. All tags on, not worn. Got told I couldn’t exchange it for anything else, regardless of the fact it had literally been bought from that store and was in original condition. Money grabbing
Cloths displayed on the wrong price stand
We visited Primark in Blackpool this morning and selected some men's Chinos from a sale stand claiming %50 discount. The original price was £12. The trousers were all jumbled up in sizes but we found 4 pairs suitable. Some had a stick on label of £6.00 whilst others on the stand, including those we chose, did not. At the tills we were charged the full £12 per pair and queried it. The assistant called a manager who refused to allow the discount even tho what we had selected were mixed in on the discount stand and not for sale anywhere else in the department. The were in fact the end of a range but because they didn't have the sticky label on were not discounted. I found it all a bit of a poor show and was surprised and disappointed at Thier attitude. I shall not be rushing back.
