Fast delivery and easy to use website with good offers.

I bought the Epson EcoTank ET-4950 from Printerland and the experience was top-notch. The website made comparing models simple, the price was the best I found, and delivery was incredibly fast. The printer arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. Great service and highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable tech supplier!

The team at Printerland are always super helpful, the customer service speed is second to none. Especially when I have ordered incorrectly or there is a better more suitable options for my printers.

The whole experience was easy. I selected, paid, and it came within 48 hours as standard. I had a query so emailed and this was replied to within the hour. Printer is great. I cannot find any fault with the printer or the service received. Will definitely come back!

I needed a new printer and did a bit of research on what I wanted - and then looked for the model, with no retailer in mind. Printerland came up (with many others) but I was attracted to their strong customer rating and competitive price. I also liked that they did their own honest review of the printer I had chosen (as well as others).

It was an easy experience to review and then buy the item I wanted. I was positively surprised to get a call afterwards to check that all was in order and to confirm delivery. The item arrived in perfect condition, was easy to install and set up. I was also positively surprised to get a check-in email a few days later to see that everything was in order and that I was happy.

I very rarely write a review but I have to say that these guys deserve a very positive one.

I ordered a printer from the website and got a call from the company advising me that there was a printer the same make and price but a more updated model, and so better, that had just come out and that they would be sending this one instead.
The delivery was very quick and they have also been in touch to make sure we received the printer and all was ok.

I have used printerland twice and they are just the best. Informative, helpful, great pricing and quick delivery. Nothing is too much trouble and it's as quick as a trip to Currys (but without all the sales people ;-))

Initially I received some guidance on line from Printerland which helped me choose the best printer for me based on my needs.
Printer was ordered, it arrived the next day, within the timeslot the carrier said they would deliver. Overall all good, Thanks.

The printer was offered at a low price compared to the market. Printerland delivered the printer on time and even took it upstairs to the top of the house. They also offered excellent support following delivery of the printer. Top marks all round!

Printer I ordered was out of stock so Printerland offered me a higher spec printer for the same price. They also informed me of £40 cashback that I could claim from Epson. Kept me well informed throughout the ordering and delivery process. Delivered very quickly.

Found printerland on internet and was amazed of the amount of brands and models they offer. I didn't expect that so many brands exist. Made my choice and placed an order. Got an email with exactly when it will be delivered and that promise was spot on. Printer came nicely packed with all the instructions. All good so far. I could get a hug but may be next time :) Five stars for them of course.

Delivery was wast and quality is perfect.

I am the purchasing executive for a couple of hotels. We ordered some Brother printers for our front desk from Printerland and they arrived in perfect order and within a reasonable time frame too. We are very happy with the printers & would highly recommend Printerland. I was particularly impressed with the communication and aftercare that I had from Carl Barron.  He told me about a special that Brother had at the time of purchase, to which I signed up to. Carl, answered all my questions and always got back to me with an answer when he did not have the answer, to hand. Well done Printerland!
