Non delivery
I ordered an item from them and their courier was unable to find our home despite detailed instructions given. After days of waiting I had a message advising me that the courier had returned the item to the depot. The salesman then said it wasn't his fault nor did he work in credit control to be able to advise when I would be credited back as he "was just a salesman".
Lack of professionalism or initiative means I will never use them again.
Now they've phoned me to say they want to wait for the part to be delivered back to them - unbelievable !
I've now ordered elsewhere and the price is less than half !

After looking into your case I can first of all confirm that your credit has been processed straight away and an internal investigation is taking place with all involved in your order. It is frustrating that the courier could not find your address and because of their process we were not notified for several days because they were attempting delivery. Although we do not choose which courier delivers which order we have made our warehouse fully aware of the problem you have faced so they can feed that back to the courier company.

Xerox Colotech Paper
I ordered 4 reams of A3 120gsm paper (heavy) on Saturday and it arrived undamaged on Monday. Excellent service. I mention "undamaged" because nearly always paper arrives from other suppliers with some damage. So well done Printware.

Value & efficiency... and a very welcome jaw-dropping shocker!
First I was happy with the price of the goods we required - the best I could find online.
Second I was pleasantly surprised with the low carriage charge compared to many suppliers - it's a local bugbear that, being based in the Scottish Highlands, we're used to being slammed with unrealistic charges.
Third, on placing my web order, I received a confirmation e-mail within minutes as would be expected, but what I didn't expect were the emails - from a salesperson with direct contact details in case I required anything further, then from operations to confirm the order & delivery details as I was a new account.
However what was totally unexpected was the speed at which the goods arrived. With our location we're used to 2-3 days for delivery - and that's on a good day! So when a lorry driver phoned ahead the next morning to confirm our whereabouts, and then pulled up within 24 hours of the operations email being confirmed, my colleague & I looked at each for confirmation of what we were expecting... and both drawing blanks as nothing was due... well not that quickly at least.
I know that once the goods leave the supplier the courier(s) are responsible, so I hope our surprise and gratitude is passed on to them as well, but the overall experience of dealing with Printware ensures they will be the first site I go & check from now on.

Good service
I have been using Printware for some years. Consumables are reliably delivered next day, prices are reasonable. The website is very easy to use, one of the best to navigate that I have come across. I would recommend them over some of the bigger names that come up higher on Google searches.

Refused help
We called this company to get an idea of pricing for a new printer lease. We understood that we had a very good deal with our previous lease, and probably wouldn't get anything similar again, but just wanted to get an idea on cost.
They said that they "Can't get anywhere near it and we're not even guaranteed the business. We don't want to waste any more time on it.". Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Won't be using this company or recommending them.

Spoke to them on the phone before ordering, just to check something, and they were extremely helpful. The order was similarly excellent, and arrived in less than two days, all the way to Aberdeen from Portsmouth.
The product was just as described and I'm delighted with it.
Would choose to use Printware again.
