Printer ink/toner is ridiculously expensive generally, otherwise it would be 5 stars

One of the Printware personnel took the trouble to phone to suggest that I might consider a different printer with lower print costs. He sent details so that I could make an informed choice, and ensured prompt despatch when I confirmed my original choice.

Only one problem - deliveries require a signature, which is seldom possible at my office. I have let them know that I would prefer no signatures but so far they haven't responded. This does sometimes force me to shop elsewhere.

There is a useful way to compare costs (per page) of each printer. There is a useful way to select printers with specific characteristics, e.g 'duplex' (print 2-sided).

Only problem was my Hp printer knew they weren't Hp cartridges but printer still works with amazing colour from new cartridges. Didn't notice a way to recycle old cartridges but was in a hurry to use them so didn't check completely.

When I received the parcel I couldn't believe it contained the two cartridges of label tape I had ordered the day before! It is such a surprise to receive such prompt service today together with an update on its progress to my home. Brought our Cannon multi function laser printer from Printware 3-4 years ago and have had replacement toner from them when ever needed. Always prompt delivery.

Whilst I have only bought once from Printware, my first impression is that they care about their customers. I came across their website whilst trawling for a new multifunction printer, and I was becoming a bit frustrated at the sheer choice. Even though I had specific needs, I find a lot of websites don't give the right options in their search criteria to narrow down the choices, but Printware had the right set of search options for me. As their price was at the lower end of the scale for the model I bought, a Ricoh Aficio SP C240SF, and they made the selection process that much easier, they got my business. They also seem to have green credentials, so this along with their pleasant and prompt customer service after the sale means that I hope to deal with them again in the future.

Best price I have found. Delivery next day. Timely e-mails to keep me informed. What more does one need?
