Just a great service you have my custom from now on .

As heading says it all really, couldn't get an update on shipping / stock, a bit too busy to ring in the daytime and goods arrived within about 5 days of ordering - service fine, could have done with more comms

I have been using this Company for a number of years, any never a problem. I would certainly recommend them, and have done so to my friends.

Even though order was made during a bank holiday weekend it arrived within a couple of days.

I ordered an item on 23rd August. I heard nothing, although the money had been taken from my account. The tracking facility didn't indicate anything had happened. I queried it with Printware, who replied promptly that the item was being sorted. It arrived on 28th. If you want your item quickly, don't use these. Otherwise they're OK.

Ordered two Canon inks and then had PayPal email to say had been refunded without any explanation from company - complete waste of time and hopeless service!

I ordered TZ fabric label tape by brother for labelling clothes. I chose printware as they were reasonably priced as long as I ordered enough to make it worth while. Postage is pricey as there is no option for a budget 5 day postage but on the plus side I did get next working day as promised. Basically if you want a reliable competitively priced service this is the place to go!

I have been dealing with Printware for some years. As a pro photographer I have always found their prices highly competitive (I check regularly) and their cost per sheet for each printer highly useful.
Their overall service is impeccable and I always save pennies by going for standard delivery and it mostly arrives next day - no matter how late I order.

I ordered online and you have a follow up call to confirm the order and delivery date within the hour and then after delivery a call to ensure delivered on time and all ok with the item sent.

The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was no problem with immediate email confirmation and an opportunity to change the order if there had been a mistake anywhere. My only complaint was that the order tracking continued to show "Awaiting despatch" even when the shipment was on its way and I had to send an email to check the delivery would arrive on the promised day. I had a prompt response, not only with the confirmation of the day but also with a one-hour time slot. The order duly arrived 3 minutes after the beginning of that time period, well packed and complete. I also had a follow-up phone call a day later to check everything was OK.
