Printware 

This has been an easy printer to set up and use. I chose it because of its functions but also because it seems the cheapest one to buy ink for - that of course remains to be seen.
BUT - So far very pleased.

Very efficient service.

I've been working here for over two years and gone through a fair few ink companies. Lots were hard to contact and countless deliveries went missing. No idea how we started with Printware now to be honest but certainly will not be going anywhere else! They couldn't be more friendly and eager to help, everything arrives almost instantly with just a quick email or phone call. We have a terrific rep (Ann) who is constantly super cheerful and seems to know more about the school than I do. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and will continue to do so.

Have purchased a number of printers from Printware. Customer service always second-to-none and although we have shopped around on each occasion, this company always gets the business.

Every order has been delivered in great condition the following day. You couldn't ask for more.

They followed up all the queries by phone and email and kept checking that I was happy at each stage of the transaction. Delivery was prompt and a paperwork all fine.

Hi, I ordered a printer and a supply of paper from Printware. The printer arrived as expected but the paper has yet to show up.
I've emailed a couple of times and had very quick responses, so in this aspect Printware are superb. The paper is probably due for delivery today (2 days later than the printer), hence the knock-down from 5 stars to 4.
Printer works really well on the crappy paper I already had in, so no problems with the product and would be more than happy to use them again.

Ordered in the afternoon and items arrived net morning! Brilliant!

good price for what i wanted and efficient next day delivery

Printware.co.uk were one of the few companies to have the Xerox products in stock and at a good price. The first item arrived the following day, with 2nd item the next day.

We have received the Customer Satisfaction Survey before receiving the goods. Not very clever.

An easy to use web site and ordering system. Delivery next day with quality carrier. The best ordering yet.

The products were readily available and delivered exactly as advised, the next day. Prices were as good as any others I could find on Google and the products were genuine original manufacturers. web site layout was again easy to understand and use. Only slight issue was involved a free delivery entitlement which didn't link to the product selections page once entered. After leaving the site supplier contacted me by email to see if I needed any further assistance.

Haven't used goods yet so can't comment on quality but service was excellent

I found the printer I needed with a minimum of fuss. All the technical details were available, easy to understand and the pricing was the best I could find. This is a Company I will use again.

We have ordered large and small items through Printware. I have found them very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ordering was painless and dealt with efficiently. Good feedback on order. Items arrived speedily, allowing me to continue printing important documents.

I would have expected to last longer and I was surprised when the red light started flashing only after about 3 weeks, without having printed much. I would not order a new toner from printware.co.uk again.

Looking for Canon printer inks, found the printer type, selected the inks and payed just after lunch. First thing the following day there was a knock at the door and the inks had arrived. A very impressive service.

What else can I say. This is the third printer that I have bought from this company and all have been delivered very quickly. One thing though, when the printer was delivered the Printware website was still showing "awaiting dispatch". Lucky I didn't go out but I thought that it might be delivered that day from previous experience.
