I have just bought an A3 Printer from you guys, but I spoke to you asking you all about what printer was the best for me, I got lots of help and advise, you rang me back several times, now I have the printer I wS looking for, and its brilliant, thank you. Also your ink is cheaper than anywhere elses too, which is brilliant for me as I havent got a job, I'm in a wheelchair, so the printer is easy to use, and cheap to run... Printware have always given me a good efficient t service with next day delivery,
I have bought two laser printers from them in the past and always look to them for consumables, They have always offered better price than any other company I have found to date for Konica-Minolta and Samsung toners, as wel as for laser and copier paper.

Printware are a really good supplier, especially of printers. Their price and delivery are hard to beat and the thing I really like is that for Laser printers, they show the price per page. This is fantastic when trying to look for the right printer.

I have made three purchases from Printware: a Canon Pixma MG 7150 Inkjet Multifunction Printer, various sets of Canon Paper and replacement Inkjets, each time the service has been excellent. I chose to call rather than simply order via the web as I had some questions that needed answering. On every occasion the sales support were excellent in providing answers to the multitude of questions that I had. The delivery really was first class, on all three occasions my orders arrived the following day before lunchtime. I strongly recommend this company and their service.....well done.

I have been looking at a replacement MFP for a while to replace a dead MX895, which crapped out it's own printer heads.
Not wanting to be disappointed with another ink jet printer, that is costly to run. I decided to move over to a colour laser device. After looking at different reviews and print demo's, i decided to hone in on the Xerox 6605DN unit.
This is not a cheap unit and most on-line stores were selling this full duplex unit for close to £700 inc VAT.

I can't remember how, but i found Printware, and i am so glad i did. The unit was over £100 cheaper than the closest competitor and i am still able to claim the cashback from Xerox!! A bargain.
I did check a few times that the printed price was correct and both Leo and Rach confirmed that they had a bloody good deal with Xerox, so they were able to offer this great price. This leads me on to the staff.

As mentioned, i spoke to Rach and Leo (now managing my account) and they were very knowledgeable about the unit and what they offered and sold. There was no BS from either of them and they took their time to make sure that i had the answered i needed, with no pressure to buy.
If the unit cost was on par or even a bit more expensive than the competition, i would have stilled gone with Printware; as i was confident that they would supply. And they did.

In addition to the great service, my order was processed and delivered in less than 24hours, free of charge. You can't say better than that.
So thank you Printware for allowing me to choose a great Xerox device, at an absolute steal, and for the top notch service!

Our order did not arrive on the day after we ordered it as we expected. Dan phoned me the day after to ask if we had got it. He said Citylink had added the note LWN/10 to the delivery status. Citylink then phoned up to tell us that they had left it with number 10. We were in all day on the delivery day and number 10 (3 doors down) were not in at all. They just had to ring the bell at our house (number 4) to deliver the goods but instead decided to put it in the porch 3 doors down! I went to investigate. Number 10 were still not in but I picked up the box of print cartridges from their porch. Perhaps you should review your association with Citylink and employ a delivery service with more than 2 brain cells to rub together.

Unbelievable reasons to deny delivery to Belgium !

Good service but shame I had to do a 25 mile round trip to collect from Citilink. Had I known it needed to be signed for I would have had it delivered to work.

I've used Printware before for Lexmark ink and will again. They're fast and efficient.

Fed up with constant phone calls though. Will continue to ignore them.

A phone call from a supplier, in this case Printware, shows the company seeks the views, good or bad, of customers who are waiting for a delivery. This makes a difference since delays of print cartridges could impact on a company's ability to function efficiently or a consumer to carry out important work.
