I bought a laser printer from Printware with an offer of a 3-year on-site warranty displayed on the product page of their website. They then failed to provide the warranty as promised and removed the offer from their site.

Now on their database, their Sales team now pester me with calls on a weekly basis.

I will never be doing business with them again

In response to comments below from Printware:

Your site offered a 3-year ON-SITE warranty. You offered me a 2-year warranty and a 1-year RTB warranty. So not the same as offered on your site.

Your willingness to be "economic with the truth" is very telling and should be noted by others considering doing business with you.

After much consideration our company decided on a particular Xerox printer, and after research on the net we went with Printware based upon price. After a brief discussion with Sara regarding whether this particular unit would best suit our company's demands, I was more than happy to proceed with the purchase. As promised, the printer arrived the following day. Unfortunately as happens on occasions, an item arrives "dead in the box". No ones fault, just happens, as in our case. However, a quick phone call to Printware and then to Xerox to establish the problem, and the team set about sorting the problem out. Another printer was duly sent out and the offending article collected without any drama. Great service, from all the staff at Printware for attending to this undoubtedly infrequent event.
I found the company's attention to the challenge remarkable in this day and age, where often the customer is forgotten after the sale. I would also like to thank Julie at Xerox who was quick to take charge of the situation. The whole Printware and Xerox teams are to be applauded for the professional manor in which my predicament was dealt with.
I should also mention that the machine is now ensconced in the office and works perfectly, the speed and quality it produces beggars belief, and certainly exceeds our expectations.

Very good service, supplies always arrive on time. Only annoying thing is the follow up emails and telephone calls which I really don't have time to deal with.

Prompt delivery No problems

I first used this company last year and although they did not have the number of cartridges I wanted in stock, they sourced them and delivered quickly keeping me informed of progress all of the time. This year the product was in stock and delivered within one day.

Competitively priced (cheaper than Viking!) and consignments are promptly shipped – great service!

Order placed for replacement copier arrived 24 hours later. Very competitive pricing attracted me to this site and will certainly consider this company again for future orders. My only gripe was having checked website when delivery could be expected, it indicated order had yet to be dispatched, yet item was delivered later that morning, lucky someone was in to receive it.

Looking to buy a new printer for family and work we found what we wanted but it came in over budget. We searched on the internet ant Printware stormed it with an amazing price that exceeded expectations followed up by free next day delivery. Back up and running in good time, we woukd definately recommend Printware for future purchases!

I ordered print cartridges on Monday afternoon.
All but one arrived on Tuesday morning and the missing item arrived later the same day.
I have always had first class service from this supplier.

The price was as good as any other supplier I could find, and the delivery was excellent - my order arrived the next day. What more could I ask?

And promptly returned funds.

Will deal with them again when both parties will be better prepared.

I placed an order on line and was astonished to be called with the suggestion of alternative and cheaper machines. The agent could not have been more helpful.

I've purchased from printwate time and again. However, I waited in this time all day only to discover that thd delivery company didn't come. I rang up to find a note saying they tried but found nobody in. Not only was I in but no card was pushed through the letterbox, no doorbell was pushed and no call came through on my mobile. Just a little performing and annoying.

Competitive pricing and fast (next day) delivery, hard to envisage how it could be bettered.
