Avoid!!!
They Re-arranged last minute the day before, with tenancy running out the next day and inspection, and then the morning they were supposed to turn up... No show, no contact, nothing. Just hope I can get my deposit back or they have effectively stolen it and will be reported for fraud.

I have recently had an end of tenancy clean from Adam at Pristine Cleaning Services and I could not recommend him enough.

We booked him on a Friday evening at 6pm and he cleaned our flat on Monday afternoon with no issues at all. He provided his license information to the estate agents quickly and was able to pick up the keys promptly. His rates were also much cheaper than other quotes we received from other local cleaners.

He sent photos before and after his clean and it was evident he did an amazing job.

I really cannot recommend Adam enough!

My advice is to completely avoid them. They breached our agreement in broad daylight and I am in the process of claiming my deposit back via Citizens Advice Consumer Rights.

The day they were supposed to do the cleaning, instead they did an inspection and suggested to clean in the early morning next day after we leave - since the chemical products may pose a risk to the newborn, which was a genuine advice we accepted. However, on the next day we discovered in the afternoon they didn’t come at all to fulfil the job - which completely messed us up with the inventory checks. When I messaged the cleaner to gage why they didn’t come - his excuse was ‘sorry couldn’t wake up on time’. So unprofessional.

You don’t get what is written on the tin. They turned up on time and gave the house an average clean. I literally had to ask them to clean doors. The three men just didn’t really put any effort into cleaning and if I hadn’t checked it, I would have been left with stains on cupboards and floors (that were easy to remove with a bit of effort). Not impressed.

Big thanks to the team who did a fantastic job, really happy and couldn't ask for more. I had a few end of tenancy cleaning done but none was as thorough and sincere as Pristine Cleaning Services, highly recommendable!

Absolutely brilliant cleaning company. Quick response and friendly service. Organised exactly what I needed and the guys who did a deep clean of my home were top notch as was their work. Can’t recommend them enough.

Professional cleaning, really flexible and very friendly team. I originally booked their service for 10am but had to delay until 16:00 and they agreed without hesitation and worked late in the evening to complete the cleaning. I would definitely recommend using their service.

We cannot rate The Pristine Cleaning Services Company highly enough.
Really professional and kept in touch every step of the way, We had a one off clean, as well as some carpets deep cleansed, for our house that we are selling. They were very enthusiastic in their work, and added extras for that personal touch. We enjoyed dealing with this company, and would definitely recommend them.
