Chose this company last minute for my end of tenancy cleaning. They came on a very short notice and did a very good job. Very friendly team.

These guys just did my End of Tenancy Cleaning. Price was very competitive and one of the cheapest around.
Job was done up to the mark and my deposit was returned without any hassle.
Highly Recommended.

The Worst. Never use them or even waste your time.

The guy sam who i spoke to , sent me a quote for a singlebnedroom , two bathroom, kitchen and lounge. I was told specifically cause of covid to move thigs and hand the keys and stay out whilst cleaning was done. I insited they come and look at the property and was told to just send photos which i did and they confirmed date and time. I booked a hotel to stay the day because of them. The guys comes in and then say I have to pay another 150 extra ?? Joke. I and no one should do business with these ill mannered and non professionals. I wouldn't want to leave my home behind someone who i wont trust . Thieves is what they are.

Do not consider pristine cleaning services. Avoid!
They are not professionals. Booked them for an end of tenancy cleaning, they cam, cleaned for 3 hrs and left calming to be cleaned professionally. When the tenants arrived for check-in, both the tenants and the checkin clerk said the property was not professionally cleaned, and gave a big laundry list to be attend to, I had employ another cleaning company to get it cleaned professionally.

he inventory clerk has advised the following about the clean (in reference to the email from Pristine and their services):

Cobwebs and general dusting – not done, spiders living in property and cobwebs in corners as a result
Doors, frames and wall spot cleaning – not done as all doors, door frames and handles are grubby and dirty to touch
Light switches and plug sockets – some have been cleaned but some have not and are dusty and grubby
Professional carpet steam cleaning – carpets not steam cleaned as specified as well as stair carpets being faded and dusty
Windows, window sills, frames and tracks/poles – not done as all grubby
Shower screen not cleaned well
Window blinds – not cleaned, dirty and dusty to touch
Basins and vanity units cleaned – not done, look clean but dirty to touch
Toilet cleaned, scaled, cleaned behind and shined – not properly cleaned, stained still
Floors vacuumed, mopped and disinfected – floors are sticky to walk on so require further cleaning
Kitchen cupboards/drawers cleaned – not wiped down inside, sticky and grubby
Worktops cleaned and disinfected – sticky and grubby to touch


She has also advised that there is no smell of cleaning products in the property which is, as standard, quite prominent after a full professional clean. The inventory clerk has said that she has not been able to note it as a full professional clean due to the oversights which the company have left, I would recommend letting them know of the above and requesting that they go back to the property to attend to the oversights.

Avoid. Booked End of Tenancy cleaning, no one turned up and no phone call. Had to call them several times, only to find out that the guy working the phone didn't pass on my job.
