We've looked into your order and can see you placed it on the 30th December which meant you would receive between 4th - 7th January with Royal Mail. I believe you received a dispatch email with your tracking on the 4th January and your parcel was delivered to you 7th January.

I've been waiting on my item for over a week when promised and paid for 48 hour delivery.

Thank you for your review. We've looked into your order and can see you placed it on Wednesday 29th December and it was dispatched Thursday 30th December. Due to New Years Day, Sunday and bank holiday Monday, this meant your order would be with you Tuesday 4th January. I can see it was delivered to you yesterday which is one day after it said it would arrive so we apologise for this. However, please note, it was dispatched on time on our behalf and I expect due to it being a busy period and the bank holidays, this delayed your order by one day with Royal Mail.
