My order placed and paid for on 28/11/2025 was delivered on 11/12/2025, unfortunately the product was faulty (jacket had a tear in the fabric). I immediately asked for remboursement/replacement and to this day (29/12/2025) I still get unconclusive responses, apparently they need to check with the vendor before approving my remboursement (!!!). Not acceptable customer service
Product ordered 8/11. 20/11 I checked the status and on their website the order disappeared. I contacted them and on 24/11 I was offered the option to wait till they got info from their vendor or to get a refund. I replied asking for my money back. Then they told me that this thread needs to be passed to another colleague….i contacted PayPal for they support. Unbelievable

Shop said it’s not them selling this they are middleman . My package it’s on way and best what happens they just create label to me I can calm down and fu.. off and then I still need receive goods to make my life more harder.
I don’t have goods I don’t when they will come and then I will return them because I was waiting one month and I will wait another one month to maybe get my money back. Poor customer service and shop was okey before but I can se something change.

I’ve been a loyal customer of PrivateSportShop for quite some time. Until now, things have generally been delivered without issue, and I appreciated their good prices and range of products. Unfortunately, this recent experience has really changed my opinion.
Part of my latest order has not been delivered, and despite several attempts to contact customer service, I’ve received no response at all. There’s no chat function on the site, and messages through their online system go completely unanswered. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left without clear communication or support, especially as a returning customer.
It’s a real shame — I used to trust this site, but the lack of response, poor communication, and absence of any real customer service have left me very disappointed. Unless things improve, I won’t be ordering again.

The problem with PSS , is that the information on their site is particularly inaccurate when it comes to size charts.
When you apply what they recommend, and it seems that their "grille"/chart is incorrect, they make the customer pay for the return, which is NOT acceptable.
As this is not the first time that i experience those incorrect size-values on their site and their refusal to return it at their expense , i do not intend to make new orders with PSS in the future.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes in the end of May, and now 7 weeks after they have not arrived. They have also not replied to my email enquiring about the situation. As far as I'm concerned this is a scam website. If you have other options, I would not recommend purchasing here.
I was a bit sceptic due to some negative reviews here but the price for a pair of sunglasses was too good, to not give it a try and I didn’t get disappointed. Shipped and delivered just in time as it said on the website. Price super good! Would order again!
Was not able to pick up order, waiting nearly one month to receive refund after eight mails.
Customer service, not available, no solution. PayPal solved the problem. Can't recommend this company. Never again, horrible experience.

Order a product. The product was shipped but stopped at Customs since it was missing the relevant documents. Then the package went back to the sender. I have contacted the Customer Service multiple time. After more than one month, no reimbursement, no answer, no explanation. Stay way, they will steal your money.
Avoid. This company is a joke. The bike I ordered on March 11 still hasn’t been shipped. No response. Tracking doesn’t work.
Private sport shop always has great deals. Very easy process to buy. Great way to access a premiu sports outlet
I used this website many times in the past, they have good offers...but be sure you don't need to return stuff back. Recently before ordering, I called them to ask how returns were organized, if I had to pay for it in case the sizes would not fit. Answer: "no prob, returns are free of charge for Switzerland!" I ordered, and unluckily had to return the stuff...and suddenly everything was at my expense! EUR 55 to send the 4 items back, nothing was taken care of on the shop's side, not even send the return labels. I'm upset. Will think twice before reordering there.

Bought a pair of hiking shoes. Not only did they take ages to arrive (even longer than the already very long estimate), the order was completely wrong. Takes ages to get through to the customer service and it isn't cheap to listen to their awful waiting music as it turned out. Very unhelpful - rude actually - once you get through. Situation still not sorted out, no money or shoes at the moment. The worst customer experience I had in years.

the prices on a website are great, too great to be true so i was sceptical. i orderder a new season snowboard shoes with a huge discount compared to any (local) shop so it was kinda worth of try. and magic happend, it arrived in a few days within europe!
i had one support inquiry and they never replied back so...
also used temporary credit card just to be sure (but they also offer paypal as a payment option).
also, i expect the return would be pain (based on some reviews), but even if you throw the thing to trash after a year, the price is like it still makes sense to purchase.
