I have ordered gravel bicycle on 21st, payed, received confirmation and estimated delivery date that was later on confirmed via customer service. Today I received shady email that order was cancelled. My ordered bicycle is still oferred but for €200 more... Didn't receive any invoice correction, looks like they sell items they don't have. Waste of time so be aware.
I have bought the bike with quite good discount. Unfortunately shop canceled my order, increased the price of the bike and started selling it again for the much higher price. I do not recommend. They send me apologies , I didn't get any discount code or explanation what happened.

My order was canceled, the store claims it was due to a technical problem. Meanwhile, in the same store and at the same time, the same bike I bought is available at a slightly higher price.
You can see from the reviews that I wasn't the only one. The store saw interest in Lupo bicycles and decided to sell them at an increased price.
The sly one loses twice.
I won't decide to buy from them again, I haven't gotten my money back yet, and if I get it back, I will lose money on currency conversion. I do not recommend the store.

they canceled the purchase of a Lupo bike due to 'technical problems', and two days later the same bike is on offer only more expensive. in my opinion fraud and withholding customers' money. I do not recommend and warn against buying.

Customer service is awful, I demanded to return some ski poles because they where too big, I had a response after 2 weeks and even though I bought over 400 € of stuff I had to pay for the return and had an entire list of things to do so I can be reimbursed. It's absurd. Never ordering from them again.
I've ordered a pair of montain shoes. After 1 month, not yet arrived.
I wrote many times and they promise to contact the carrier. Every e-mail message will respond after two or three days.
Till now, no money and no goods.
Absolutely not to buy anythings from this site.

I ordered 3 items on Jan 11th, 2025. Only 1 arrived. Two items have never been shipped (the package was only announced to the carrier). No refund, no ordered goods. They are avoiding to take responsibility and constantly refer to superiors or other departments within the company. It takes one week for customer service to answer. Very, very unprofessional of them and am very disappointed. Will never order again. Once more then enough. Bye bye money, bye bye trust...
Edit: In the end, I did get a refund for the items that were not delivered to me, and it took them over a month to realize that they no longer had those items, even though the package/delivery notification was created after payment. I would never have gotten that money back if I hadn't asked myself where my items were. How can you have a webshop without tracking your inventory? Too much correspondence and arguing for that "savings".

The delivery takes very long for this site, if you ask any news about my order, their feedback took 4 days.
Ordered Dec 29. It's now January 17th and I still haven't received anything. I try to write to them and I have no reply. I try to call them and the phone doesn't work. I can't even get a reply for a refund.
Bought several times everything ok. Best deals.
Made order and delivery was approx 6 weeks, but they cancelled order days before I was meant to receive the item.
I wouldn’t bother buying from them.

I have read bad reviews about them, but decided to try my luck because of the attractive price. Unlucky me, I now suspect I was part of their scam to attract buyers.
The package was stuck in Customs needing papers from Private Sport Shop, active intervention. I contacted Private Sport Shop and was told twice by customer service guy " I will keep an eye on your shipping", without any will to solve this problem. Saying I will be refunded if anything changes within 7 days (reading reviews here, it might take a while). Later I was told of a 14 days of waiting time if anything changes (after a change, in which the delivery company said it's returning the product to the sender)
Such an awful passive approach and such an awful feeling from dealing with their costumer service. On a more personal note, I am now frustrated as I now need to find the model and size in a reasonable price, after missing Black November's discounts.
Today I was notified that the package is being sent back to sender.
I wonder if I will get the refund..
EDIT: It got worse. They kept dismissing my claims. They even linked me to the package tracking site, saying it arrived to it's destination- to which I had to respond that it clearly says it arrived to sender.
Then they said it still did not arrive to their department and other claims, asking me to wait more and more.
When I got back to my senses, and understood their practice, I contacted my bank from which I paid them (through credit card) and after an easy email threatening with further formal applications- I got issued a refund within 1 day.
I advice you to seek help online or friends, or through the Payment method you used - Bank, Credit company, Paypal, or whatever... if you are encountering such problems.
A terrible and dishonest experience!
I have had a protracted and stressful experience with Private Sport Shop and would not recommend them!
I placed my initial order for a riding jacket on the 8th October. After waiting several weeks no item was received so I made contact via their customer services. I received an apology and was assured that the item would be dispatched which it duly was. I received the item a week after this but on opening the parcel it was apparent that they had sent the wrong size.
After exchanging emails and calling their customer services in France numerous times they not only refused to replace the item but also refused to forward a shipping label to return it, as they should have done as this was their mistake. I reluctantly spent almost £18.00 to return the item with the promise of a full refund.
After further protracted emails over a three week period I finally received a refund for the item but not the postage fee that I had initially paid. This was then corrected, and the amount that I paid to return the item was settled also . . . but Private Sports Shop processed all refunds in Euros, not Pounds Sterling, so I have not received all of the monies paid to them, and the refund I received for return postage was also less than I paid, leaving me out of pocket for both the item, shipping and return shipping!!!
When I contacted them about this they blamed the shortfall on bank charges, which is incorrect, and refused to refund the outstanding amounts due to to the Euro - Sterling exchange rate that their accounts department should have made adjustments for.
The entire process was lengthy, dishonest, and stressful and I will never use them again.
UPDATE - (27th December 2024) - As you can’t respond to their response I wanted to make it clear that they sent the wrong size (I didn’t order the wrong size) so it was their error and therefor should have been exchanged. Their response was cleverly worded to imply that they had done me a favour by refunding me on this occasion. The refund for the postage fees I incurred where not transacted in Euros and therefor should have been refunded in pounds sterling, which they did not do. I then fell foul of the exchange rate so did not receive a refund for the full cost I paid to rectify THEIR mistake!
An absolutely fraudulent and dishonest transaction! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a new pair of sport shoes on the 15th of October.
1 month delay planned for delivery (long but ok).
1 month later, instead of receiving the product, I received an email telling me I got refunded, because the item went out of stock. How come it took so long to warn me? I lost 1 month and no replacement is being suggested. Terrible customer experience, I won't order again.
